I get so tired of seeing people move on to the next broken thing immediately while people like sik are slugging it out with a bad character. I'm not saying I don't get why they do it but in terms of entertainment, it can get boring.

@@waltham4277I think in the case of Raiden, there’s a lot of players who preferred playing other characters if Raiden wasn’t so good. The nerds gave them a reason to play someone else. Although I’m at least a bit surprised there doesn’t seem to be many Raiden loyalist left or any at all. He’s still a very good character.

@@BuddyChy Well Raiden is a very good example honestly. The moment he's not broken we rarely see him anymore. Funny enough, this would be when it's interesting to watch Raiden gameplay. When the carried factor is out of the way, you know?

@@waltham4277 yeah, I agree, but at least he hasn’t been replace by other characters that are carried quite like he was. Matches have been very entertaining these days with quite decent variety. I certainly would like to see what someone can do with the current Raiden. I do however think they need to reverse the change to his passive and change his ex teleport from 2 bars to 1 bar. I think that would greatly help make razzle dazzle and his ex teleport actually worth using. Ex teleport is a low and it’s only -5 on block, but it’s absolutely not worth 2 bars.

@@BuddyChy He wasn t broken overall, just that dumb em move, Johnny was still better overall before nerfs and is still great after nerfs, due to options and good frame data. We all agree that em-stormcell was annoying af and made the demons playing Raiden abuse that move. NRS just nerfed the move to the ground instead of a redesign, so Raiden now has a lot less options. E-fly nerf is also a bad call tbh. Super easy to punish on landing, even into a full combo with some characters.

Long analysis. Match1: He should be renames to saucesed at this point this guy is always so entertaining to watch with all the innovative and flashy burger combos. Match2: Sub vs Scorp is always an amazing match. I didnt expect Omie to win in such a convincing manner though bravo Omie. Match3: Roethor vs bee this tour is SO STACKED. Roethor with the og main after so long, it was an amazing set full of spectacular reads and gameplay. Match4: I dont like watching peacemaker but redbull's smoke is fun af. Sad he didnt win this he so deserved it. Match5: 62C can make good use of Ermac, but blackout had the heist of the century stealing almost all the rounds while being in health deficit. Kudos to both players for a great match which was closer than the score suggests.

I have never once heard general Shao say “are you ready to die”, is that a special saying between him and Liu in a fight since they’re bitter rivals, I always thought that would be cool if they did that to a handful of characters with heated rivalries.

One critique I have of bulk's commentary is that he sounds like he's trying too hard to crack jokes, his delivery takes a long time and tires me before he can finish his joke. This is purely constructive criticism, as a person he seems like a great guy, just needs to work on this one thing
