My buddy has over twenty grand in a all aluminum Big block Chevy, roller cam, 540ci, he wanted to sell it, guy gave him a bank check that was bad and can't find him to save his life, that was four years ago, older gentleman who was saying praise the Lord and talking like he was in the ministry in his church, and screwed Andy for twenty thousand dollars
Absolutely love your channel . . . It's from the heart . . . Not over produced and completely honest . . . . I rarely makes it easy to follow and relate to because it's just like everyone else's life. Please don't change !
My father wasn't around and I learned what I know about car . dirt bikes and general tinkering on my own the relationship that you have with your son's is one to be envied Im 40 yrs old and am still struggling through life but your videos make me smile 😁 and laugh and wish I had a life such as yours I'm working on writing my wrongs and as weird as it sounds you give me hope that I will have relationship with my grandsons I have 2 that even come close to the one you have built with your family....your videos give me hope
It is yours for the taking, be what you want and enjoy. Life's to short to waste any of it, let alone anymore of it. The secret to happiness is to be content. Hope is a very powerful thing. Take care and God Bless
Yes, have Tommy redo the pickup from Tennessee for his tow vehicle. 👍 Glad to hear the news on the motor for the Nova 🇺🇸. Y'all take care & have a good day.
I may be 40 years old but I still hope I become the "old man" when I grow up. Has got the best toys and an even better wife. On top of all that shes so dang pretty!
Its so satisfying to see a good man get the luck he deserves! This is what can happen when your put all that good karma into the world. Fancy looking tractor, a beautiful old chevy, all kinds of cool RC trucks, and a wicked Nova in the making. This man has a great thing going on and I truthfully can't think of someone more deserving. He may not understand it but they people in his life sure as heck do I'm sure!
Bill I think I can speak for a lot of us on here when I say we all see a little of ourselves in each of y'all. Whether it's the old school '55, the Nova on nitrous, the S-10's on turbos, Billy's LS daily truck, the old dually hauler, the Suburban and heck even Molly's Mustang. A lot of us live vicariously through y'all and we would much rather support a close family of racers like yourselves than someone with a Pro Mod or someone that has everything and needs nothing, bit is greedy enough to take it all. Much love and respect from Texas and Tommy you need to get that ole heavy Chevy going and drive it brother. Keep up the great work y'all. 👍👍👍
I used to drag race motorcycles, and that opening segment with Miss Vicki, and the monster truck tires brought back memories of me and my wife discussing my Ebay purchases.
Love the Channel your down to earth attitude and moral family code is awesome. I enjoy watching all of the content I miss my days of street racing gave it up to serve are Country and the American people. I wish my body was capable of racing again but I'm a disabled veteran and one bad wreck and I could be paralyzed so I now sit back and watch and enjoy your Channel it brings back alot of good memories for me. excellent work S.R.C and God bless
Gotta say, your's is one of the only channels I instantly click to watch these days. Though when Billy gets around to posting something I'm usually pretty quick to watch those as well... Curious, do you happen to know an old time drag racer from out that way by the name of Gary Fenice? I know he used to live in/around Columbus before he moved to MN about 30 years back. He used to run a Maroon and Silver Plymouth Arrow with a tunnel ram 440... Good guy that taught me a lot about wrenching when I was just out of high school back in the late 90s.
Bill I can't tell you how much I enjoy your video's you have an awesome Family . there is one thing when are you going to Remodel Miss Vicky Kitchen LOL.. I like the way you have taken Molly under your wing and help her become a better Driver .God Bless you and your Family all of them .
If I had the bread I’d buy you and 8-71 satin finished blower and twin Holley EFI throttle bodies for that mill. As it is, I can only send you my respect and admiration. Well done.
Like I aid Built to the Max with a 3/4 racing cam, I'am Happy for you that the motor did turn out to be what it was said to be.. Old Glory, what a Beautiful sight. Miss. Vickie you tell all those guys to let up on You Ma'am...Love the video and cannot wait till tomorrows video...And those fur babies are just like my fur babies ROTTEN to the core. Love It......Good Night to you all too.
I did a backyard rebuild on a small journal 327 shortblock .030 pop ups for like $2000 but that was with a converter. Kind of wishing I did a stroker now but I really enjoy the little 327. I look forward to seeing that thing in your Nova! Maybe it will give me motivation for another project.
This channel is such a nice bonus matched with Billy's. Videos keep getting better. My only complaint is mix matched audio super loud and super low, regardless if that gets ironed out or not hope you all keep up the great work and stay true and humble!
Damn when I get grounded my wife takes my laptop and phone LOL. Hmmmm a beyond rumpty rump in the Nova. You're gonna have to start making some passes at the track soon. So many racecars not enough drivers. Love the channel even my wife watches now
Other than maintenance I know nothing about a built engine for a blower. I’m going to look into it though because I absolutely love the sound of a car with a huge blower and monster cams sitting at the line just thumping the ground!
Bill, Congrats on the "Built to the MAX" engine. You definitely didn't get hurt on that deal. Now the dilemma is what exactly to do with all that "MAX" You know what they say "Go BIG, Or go home" BTW, watch the mail for something in a do not bend USPS large envelope. I think it will fit right into the decor of the garage 🤏 🙏🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲.
Blower Motor in the Nova is my vote, even though it don't really count!! Lol There's always been something about blower surge, that is just music to my ears! 🇺🇲🦅💪
Looks like a nice piece accept it has cast iron main caps, I would have thought they would have been Billet. I like solid flat tappet cams no tie bars or wheel to fall off
Good hit on buying that small block. Flat tappet will respond faster than roller motor super response and ability to run with roller cam engine to a point anyway. I personally use flat tappet solid lifter just prefer that. Love your shows and appreciate you allowing us to see your progression. Best wishes for you and family.
I had same blazer extreme...blew up the 4.3 with a procharger built a nasty all aluminum 532bb with ajpe parts and heads i really miss that blazer God those bodys work
Holy crap.... cold chills checking out that engine! Def need a shirt with the nova “built to the Max” on it.... instead of mad Max “DAD MAX” lol big blower on it and all!
Yes blower! Blower surge is flippin awesome! And you step on the go pedal, and they go like hell! Put an 8-71 on that little deal and let her rip tator chip!
Hey Sr. You should look at just doing a simple procharger setup for that built to the max short block for the nova. Clean linear power but no choppy wine. Something different for you guys and driveable
Im on the West Coast so its not to late for me. I enjoy ending my night with these videos. Look forward to them! Dont everyone grill me, I would like to know how you tell when they are Arp studs? Im trying to learn. Thanks
This year we are doing the living quarters and next year we will do the bad spots in the back area. Wood is so expensive right now too. $66 per sheet of 3/4” plywood. 🙃
I live your videos! And how can you not like a big blower car? Nothing sounds like it. Keep up the great videos! Good night to you and the family! See ya tomorrow
U done good on the Nova motor old be pulling the wheels before long... Love the 55 but the NOVA is more me remember the kid running it on a NOS mother several years back
