Hi! As of right now, financing is not available for foreigners, although some US companies are popping up here and there offering mortgage loan services to purchase property in MX. As I don't know of a company doing a lot of business in that arena yet, I don't recommend it at the moment. I'd personally wait until I've heard of several people successfully financing a home with the same company before recommending them.
