HOA is out of control

Rent has gone nuts everywhere. Mobile home park owners are taking avantage.........or they sell the land and evict people that don't have the resources to move. F them!!!!

Lot rent in Florida is sinful, harming the seniors. Also, the land can be sold and you are left to figure out where and how you are going. Costs a lot to move those homes. Sad
