Hey hey sweet friend❤❤ You got some awesome stuff! We recently got 6 TBone steaks from our Amish salvage store for only $3 each. They were frozen but ohhh soo good on the grill. Just as good as fresh. I feel like Amish salvage stores are underrated.

We love the Mrs Wage's pizza sauce. I just cleaned my tomatoes out of the freezer last week and got that worked up with some tomato juice. I love my O Cedar mop, too. I'm on my 3rd handle--guess I'm too rough on them!!! 😊 I just recently ran across your channel and am enjoying watching. Thank you.

There is so much I no longer buy at the store, I try to creat my own and I don’t miss it because I feel much more healthy eating food that I make. If I don’t know what an ingredient is listed on the packaging I don’t want it. So many of the convenient foods we can either make and have frozen or canned. I am trying to be more thoughtful about things I buy when it comes the health of myself and my family. I won’t say I never eat bad food, but I try not to do it often. I am even trying to get away from non stick cookware, plastics non chemical cleaners and body products. It’s a slow process but then you don’t want to get overwhelmed trying to change everything all at once.

I can so relate to you. I also find my preferring to make things at home. Cheaper and tastes better. My husband even says he prefers my homemade snacks, cookies, bagels, etc.

We tried the coconut oil in our biscuits, they were so delicious. We will continue to use coconut oil more in our baking and I also tried it in frying fish 🐠 it was so good it didn’t taste like coconut it wasn’t greasy at all. Great grocery haul. Thank you for sharing.

I enjoyed coming along for your trip. The Amish stores are 60-70 miles away from where we live, so I rarely go there. We mostly eat gluten free, so a lot of the foods they offer wouldn’t work for us. Recently I did a price comparison of buying my favorite gluten free flour blend from the grocery store versus buying in bulk via Amazon. There was a nice savings by getting it on Amazon, so I ordered 4 bags of it. I love my O-Cedar mop! I mentioned once that I hated my mop and that I had wanted to try the O-Cedar like our older daughter has. She got me one for Christmas and I love it! After seeing your haul, I realized that I’ve never seen you make homemade macaroni & cheese. Do you plan to feature that in any upcoming videos? Have a blessed week!❤ -Brenda

You got some great deals. Can't beat that price on the pinto beans. That's a good price for the corn meal also. Bay leaves is one thing I don't know much about, how to use it. I have some but never have used it. I need to get back to our Salvage store. They had a flat of strawberries, a 40lb box of bananas and other things, but I wouldn't have been able to go until Saturday, and they were gone.

I don’t put anything on it! lol I was my face with Irish spring soap in the shower daily, but that’s it. I don’t wear face make up. I’m not sure if that makes a difference. I’ve never like foundation, so I just stopped wearing it. I just do my eyes, brows, sometimes lips. I’m working on swapping out my makeup and face soap for more natural, but just haven’t had time to really look into it.
