If there are any Bali style villas (modern type, not traditional) in the area, please let me know. No one designs like they do over there. Some of the most gorgeous villas I've ever seen. Excellent taste and attention to detail. Would love to see more of that in Thailand, particularly what they have done in Canggu.

Beautiful home, but foreigners may want larger patios around the pool, larger living rooms with family rooms, larger balconies, etc. for this unit, I would sacrifice a couple of bedrooms for more living space. Houses built in Thailand feel so “industrial” perhaps due to steel framework. Anyhoo….thanks for the video! 👽

I am sure Thai House - the video creator provides the below services for its customers. Most accountants in Pattaya will form holding companies to hold the house for 25K - 35K depending on the value of the house, as the company valuation must be made based on the cost of the house. The yearly fees will be anywhere from 11K- 20K or near there, again depending on the house value. A 3 million baht house will have a company for 25-30K and yearly fees of 11K - 14K. You would be a the director of the company and a 49% share holder. Normally, the accounting office will have two of their seniors holding the other shares. This is how it has been done for foreigners for at least 35 years here, when I bought my first house, , and more than likely 45 years plus.

@@Nellsta Basically, yes. I bought my first house here in 1988 and have owned 13 houses and four condos since then. Over half of the houses have been in company names, and I have never had a problem with that method. I have had the same accountant since I bought the house. My friends, and tens of thousands of others in Pattaya, Phuket, Bangkok, Koh Samui etc., have used this method.

As a single man with no kids I don't need any of this. I live in an apartment and I've literally turned my den into my bedroom and my actual bedroom is totally empty. If I moved into this house it would be one big cold house full of empty rooms. I think most people aren't into this style of living anymore.

@@dksharron A powder room only has a sink and a toilet. It does not have any provisions for a bath or shower in it. Why is it called a powder room? The term 'powder room' comes from the 1920s when it was considered proper to refer to bathrooms used by visting guests as powder rooms. Women would go in there and apply powder (make-up) to refresh their face during parties. Many of us still call them powder rooms here in USA.
