I think the first live fire restaurant with a Michelin star is the "Ekstedt" in Stockholm. Opened in 2011, awarded with a Michelin star in 2013. So today in 2023 10 years ago.

A lot of interesting bites featured throughout the video. But I got a little distracted by the audio. An omni directional microphone is great for getting the ambience of the restaurant but with music playing a copyright strike could be lurking. The crosstalk when the rice dish was being prepped made me feel like I was eavesdropping on the next table. 😅 The gorgeous shot with the potato donut and big bokeh balls in the background had me wondering about the rest of your setup. Any chance we'll get a post on the community page about how you get such tasty images of the food you eat? 🤔
