Shit this prices are sickly low, I am literally jealous because in Poland for 2000 you can rent merely bachelor flat and medium quality and usually you have to pay for water, gas etc, brooo you made me realize that Thailand is indeed cheap
@@ikosimazaki723 But pverseas you calculate it in different way people in england earn 6-7 times more money that we do here, if you earn average salary here in Poland in bigger city you get 4000 pln and 2700 rent with all costs for bachelor flat, so how you are going to live here for 1300 pln XDDDD
@@ikosimazaki723 We need to not compare prices by currencies but by values of real estate etc, in Poland its impossible in 90% to have decent flat and have a lot of money for rest simultaneously, a lot of people complain here bout it

In most places in the world you'd pay $10, or more, but for me the 1st place would be a great place to hang my hat for 6 months while leisurely scoping out THE place. We all have our version of "THE" place. One man's ceiling is another man's floor. I like having pocket $ as opposed to higher rent. Pension & SS. Life ain't bad in Thailand for retired Americans.
100% worth the 2k. The pool and the view are awesome. But man is it fine to live all year long in Koh Samui ? I'm concerned about the weather especially, isn't it worse than other places lke Pattaya/Hua Hin ?

Jesus, the difference. You honestly might as well go for the $2000 option (2.5k with everything included)… get a few mates, you’re talking about $700 a month for all that. You’ll get nothing for that much in England.
