David, I'm so impressed with your research and knowledge of the Salt Lick BBQ Restaurant, pit area, founding family history, food prep and why it had certain ingredients (such as the cole slaw @ 8:14), and your "pro tip" that the 3rd round of brisket would be extra moist to take home @ 14:36. I totally agree with you @ 15:13 about that being the best part of the brisket. I'm now salivating uncontrollably, thank you (ha ha) !! What costumes will everyone have for Halloween? ICYMI The Salt Lick owner's mother ( Hisako) heritage inspired the bbq style cooking as well as the sauces. She was Hawaiian/Japanese the same as me ( Hawaiian part) . I adore your videos! I hope you keep on making them. I check your channel every day. Your daughter is a star in the making! I am craving some good BBQ. A good spicy dry rub on bone in, St. Louis style pork ribs is a all time favorite. But seafood is number one for me (I believe for you as well?).
