That's really a beautiful place. I would guess more than 6.1 acres. It looks huge. But I guess that amount of acres is actually pretty big compared to what most people have.

Escondito very nice... the only minor issue is you can bake 95 degrees much of the Summer and into the fall...we here call it being "on the griddle" :) :) Santa Annas can get hotter with wild wind... but mostly nice most of the year... i live a few hundred yards South of San diego bay and 2 miles from the ocean... so we know about El Cajon which IS on the griddle,,, AND Escondito :) :)

For those wandering horse properties are gorgeous also extremely expensive to run and maintain just probably why the owners are selling. What we refer to have the money pit. This only makes sense as a purchase for an extremely wealthy individual who simply wants to own one of these
