In my opinion I wouldn't say any doll is stolen, if you are not protecting your art then it is free game for anyone. Usage of wrong words is defamation and I just would hate to see someone get sued by those companies selling the reproduced art. Again, if they were stolen in my opinion these dolls wouldn't be for sell, instead those who created the art would be able to have the sells of their stolen artwork removed from online and pursue legal actions. At the end of the day legalities matter, nothing more nothing less.
