Today we rent a Thai fishing boat and set sails for the open ocean in search for fish and good times! For around $300 USD we were able to split the cost between a group of friends and make the trip more budget friendly. Come along and hang out with us on the Thai gulf in between Koh Samui and Koh Phangan Southern Thailand.

Friend, its not the % of alcohol in the beer that makes you Poom pui… its the carbs, (and i guess they chokolate bar aint helping) and they are all the same in beers, maybe except the light beers ;)

Mate, you make good points, especially re: Carbs in beer and obviously, eating sweets (chocolates) not being conducive to weight loss. That said: 1. This is not a weight loss channel 2. One's metabolism decreases significantly past the age of 30 (not an excuse to get massive or eat crap: just the facts) so unless you're naturally gifted with super high metabolism And/or work out like hell NO way you'll look as you did when in your 20's. Very easy to see/judge when side by side with "kids" also...

@@KillaWizardry wow, well mate One never made a comment on this beeing ”a weight loss channel” but rather simply pointed out the fact that getting of the beers will do Paddy no good if he still drinks beer with 0% alcohol, since its not the alcohol in the beer that gets you fat. Its the carbs,(sugar) just to share a friendly advice… I most certainly dont think hes fat, but since he got some remarks from his old thai family, and wanted to make a change to get less poom pui, i thought i would give him some friendly advice to assist him in getting there faster, thats all.
