Yes, FINALLY getting to 70k! You should be 700k at this point, you are the best at editing in this genre by a mile no doubt. As for this cockpit, I have the GT Lite version and it works fine with my Fanatec CSL, at least with the 5Nm power pack. Might upgrade to this one if I go 8Nm though. The wheels alone are a nice upgrade over the Lite, a small but very welcome update. Also the seat padding looks great, I have to use a back cushion to help out for more than an hours usage on the Lite. Great review as always Oscar!

@@OCRacing I already have a neighbor who wants it 😂 I might bite the bullet and just go for an extruded aluminum one and deal with the loss of space.....or not. I like the portable nature of these things and as long as it can handle the torque I'm good.

@@OCRacing you can if you buy this! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Use free software called frame designer, in 10 minutes you can design your OWN collapsing rig that will fold up smaller with or without the wheel mounted. Buy some aluminium extrusions, T-nut's, brackets and an old car seat ($200-300 total). Spend 30-40 minutes putting it together for a solid rig that collapses to a smaller footprint and has 90% less flex than this garbage you're PROMOTING to your veiwers. Get some self respect and stop being a shill for copmpanies that rip people off instead of providing a value for money product. I challenge you to do a vid on making a DIY rig, you'll see for yourself you CAN build better, design better and without velcro straps for stability! As many other have said an office chair, $45 metal PC desk and a bit of rope to stop the seat wandering is more stable than this trash...

I just came across one of these locally that's barely a month old for $180. I'm new to sim racing, and I don't have a lot of space so this will be perfect for me. I know this is going to be much better than my wheel being attached to my desk at the moment.

As a proud owner of said Lawn-Chair predecessor, this makes me wish I'd started this hobby when this was around instead of a year ago! It's not going to make me upgrade, but I am stealing the idea of mounting wheels on the back legs for easier movement.

Hey, I'm deciding between this and the challenge for a simagic alpha mini. I know how much sturdier the NLR is compared to the playseat but the challenge is much more compact and has cheap aftermarket brackets that make it significantly more supportive. I'm pretty tight on space so do you think the GT Lite pro is worth it over the Playseat challenge?

Is this better than the F-GT Lite? I primarily do stock car oval racing but I do like IndyCar/F1 racing as well, so the Formula position appeals to me too.

This thing right here with a little modding is able to handle my dd+ at max power! But I usually use it at around 10nm. The shocking part is its better with the pedals then the $400 gtracer the whole thing lifts uo when breaking where this one doesnt! The back seat barely moves with tons of pressure. Im shocked at how well it works. It also is comfortable af now lol. Its sad that I want to use this more then my actual rig at times haha. Its weird how the flex on the basw feels the same at 12nm as it does at 8nm lol

im looking to buy a new stand but im torn between this or the wheel stand 2.0 from NLR, which would you prefer? i have an moza r5 so it seems this would be slightly less rigid but my chair is pretty uncomfortable in racing position so the stand seems kind of obsolete. im also tight on space so the wheel stand 2.0 is more appealing in that regard

I was kinda in the same boat and opted for the GT Lite Pro. The rig is quite stable, but the backrest quickly became a bit uncomfortable - the foam paddings were pressing against my back. Tried adjusting few things, but it did not help. I think i would go for the wheelstand 2.0 or the dd one, but with an uncofortable chair that might be a hard choice.

I think it’s good if you have a higher end wheel already but can’t afford a nicer cockpit. For me, I’d rather spend $35 on some wood and $50 on a seat from the junkyard to mount my Logitech wheel and keep my money to upgrade my wheel

$300 and you still get the worst possible thing you'd want to avoid in a rig- wheel base flex. That looked like it was moving a lot. My $40 custom built wooden one using 2x4s fits me perfectly, rolls on caster wheels, and has absolutely zero flex anywhere on it at 8nm.

For it's price this is garbage, ESPECIALLY as you COULD spend about $100 LESS on aluminium extrusions some T-nuts and brackets then use the free frame designer software to build a bespoke rig that could ACTUALLY fold up with the wheel and pedals mounted AND take up less room. Don't waste your money on this cheaply made garbage that uses velcro straps for what little stability it has...

the structure of where the wheelbase sits must have been designed by a 3 year old... instead of those stupid straps thats only good for say 0.5kg of force could have easily welded a metal structure so the flex would be MINIMAL...
