This is the fastest electric skateboard I've ever riden. I've tried a lot of fast electric skateboards but the Defiant One Esk8 was almost scary. Ok it WAS scary. No only that, the board is set up for DIY customization with parts tracked by the on board computer. The board has wifi lol!

Off topic: I kinda said this in passing as a joke te a Motorcycle friend. "Why is ALL infrastructor dedicated to cars?" What if we split infrastucture by making Two wheeled only roads? Specifically roads JUST for moto, pev, pedestrian and disability scooters. Just a thought, SOMEBODY RUN WITH THIS!

You’d definitely like the MBoards endurance, but they don’t give out free boards. It has an 80 mile range.

Do you think you could slap some big squishy wheels on it for a slightly more forgiving ride or would that cause it to become unstable? I'm just worried about hitting literally anything at 30 mph. I currently use my home-built e-bike to get to work atm. This looks fun... but I also don't want to die.

Yes! from Defiant: "there are some 120mm pneumatic wheels in the works from Hoyt and we’ve been testing them and they work well with our board."

if you are worried ab hitting 30mph and dont wanna hurt urself like u say, then u probably shouldnt do it.. i recommend gradually getting up to speeds. much more to skating then straight line high speeds.. Takes practice to go fast

God, now i have to debate whether or not this is worth it. If everything was from the states. This may be worth it but id need to do alot of research on other boards.

I recommend the MBoards Endurance, 50-80 mile range and $500 cheaper. Also made in America.

This board looks sick but to expensive I’d rather just go for the Meepo voyager that is $2000 less and with similar specs to the defiant. But if I had the disposable income the defiant is definitely a board I’d buy. Love the fact it’s American made.

I plan on doing a comparison with another board for a future video, and I can get into more of my thoughts. My real opinion is, it's a impressive amount of technology packed into one very durable, well-made, and handcrafted board. But it is obviously not going to be right for everyone. And I can get into more on that in the future video.
