Joel, you should really have sued them for false advertising. You could even try to sue them for poisoning you because the amount of extra spice could really hurt someone. Even though you signed a waiver, they truly deceived you, as what you signed was not as advertised. When you sign a waiver, you are signing what you believe they are advertising, and that was not.

technically the hottest pepper for now yes but there is something hotter, that king of spice goes to the Euphorbia Resinifera which ironically is a cactus but it's milky substance has actually a scoville scale of 16 BILLION and kills off nerve ends, which made it a great candidate for pain medication.

I've experienced it myself at the hungry horse in Oxfordshire I ordered the ten wing spicy challenge and went to the toilet before it came out and as I walked by the kitchen the chef was telling his assistant to put shit loads on and really fuck him up!!! I told the waitress to tell him I heard everything he said and to remake them properly. Because it's a concentrated sauce that's so fucking dangerous to play around with you could really hurt someone. I managed to do it and got no well done from the staff because I caught them out and had to pay me £50 prize money. It was ridiculously hot so I can't imagine how hot it would have been if I didn't catch them

Firstly I ate the 2022 one chip challenge before thats only 2.2mil scovile and a singular chip, and he just ate 3 large piece of chicken with over 3mil scovile in 5 minutes like Ik that is the worst pain to deal with lmao. 2mil had the most pain for over 4 hours, I would literally die off what he did

You know that if the Owner deliberately “conned” you (or others taking the challenge) by switching from 1M scovilles to 3M scovilles without informing people can be held accountable. It’s VERY much feasible that individuals can have severe medical issues, even death…and that’s not an exaggeration. Owner was very flippant and withheld the dangers which made him 100% liable for any/everything that happened/could have happened. You’re a Champ, Joel. Don’t do that again! 🏆

Water does not do shit for heat challenges. How many years has this misconception been around, and how many more decades will it remain? You need something to neutralize the heat, like milk. Water just spreads the capsaicin around and makes sure that more of your mouth gets burned. Though I can see them charging $300 for each glass of milk since it actually has an effect on the heat.

Rewatched this a few times since you've uploaded it. We can tell that what you're saying in the later half of the video (explaining your methods and thoughts) that it's the truth. No endorphin rush - just pain. Burning ball of ember going through your chest and digestion system. Unbelievable execution, not without perfect preparation and of course, effort of pushing through it all. What would be interesting as a viewer is to see what those ~6 hours from finishing the challenge and recording the outro consisted of! But we can probably imagine it wasn't pretty and involved a lot of pain. Kudos to you brother, great video!
