Very cool! Such a beautiful piece of property both the house and the land. Imagine all the celebrity parties that house has had. I always wish walls could talk. I know it would never happen but it would be amazing to just have one buyer and keep it as is. It would be a shame to see construction vehicles all over it bulldozing to build a whole bunch of condos or something. Wayne Newton and Frank Sinatra were my mother's favorite singers. And he is still singing! He's in his 80's I think? Bless him for all those years of entertainment.
Sir you have excellent skills as a narrator and I love how you interject your wife with questions into the subject matter. Well done! I moved here to Vegas 2 years ago I don't gamble. I'm loving all the sights and sounds and history of this area.
I’ve attempted to contact the owners for a tour. I’m the founder of a car manufacturing company and want to live on this property and do our manufacturing in the garage! It would be PERFECT! I absolutely want to preserve this piece of Vegas history! They won’t respond…
@@alstrada1 Graceland looks like a tacky brothel from the 70's. But yet, it's preserved as is. Personally, I could care less what happens to either. To each their own.
It is a very impressive property that would be nice to preserve but unless some big money person wants an impressive showplace it will most likely be broken up and redeveloped. The only good thing to help sell it as one piece is the low real estate taxes. That is most likely due to the revenue the government makes off all the casino taxes. Thanks for the tour.
I live in Henderson, Nevada this old estate from Wayne Norton has been vacant for quite a while. Everything is at a standstill when I pass buy . The only thing that will most likely end up happening to this property. It will be sold to a developer and everything will be torn down and opened up to make house lots maybe acre size lots Then it could be sold for individual large homes to be built on it. I think that’s the only thing that will happen to this property. It’s the only thing that makes sense. When this estate was built, it was the only thing there today. It is so out of place.
I'm just letting you know about this person you blown up acting like he's the one now. 😂😂😂But o well Paul you always will have my respect cause your real man.. 💯💯💯💯💖😊😊
I know these to be the duke of mexico gates and the arabian protection. With that said, who knows whose estate it is. I have to have a ton of dicussions to figure it out. And keep on mind people hostage our properties and do all sorts of modifications. In the meantime we can see whom is trying to protect it.
He was entertaining 70 years ago. He was very popular. You saw him when he was old. He might've been the highest paid entertainer in Vegas for years. When he was a kid he was on national TV making a name for himself.
Paul I have followed you from a great time probably after 3 months ok. The man behind the man in that condo I remember when he wouldn't even speak at all. Until now he's been disrespectful towards other people on tictok acting like he's the shit, which he's not at all. You blew he's head up more than what can handle. Unfortunately he blocked me on live cause I confronted him on live about he wasn't even nobody at all until you. Now he uses it as he's the man of everything.smfh. I'll bet I'll walk up to him and say ok talk the way you talk to people online and to me in my face. I respect you Paul a lot this guy is the man behind the man he's in a skirt. Idk Paul this guy head got blown up to fast. But hey man just letting you know about it. 😊😅😅😅
No, actually he didn't report the sale of a horse to the IRS owed them alot of money. Then Wayne opened a 2,000 seat theater with Tony Orlando but they couldn't sell out enough shows to cover the cost. Then Wayne started secretly recording Tony Orlando's dressing room and Tony found out and bailed on the whole thing. Then it became the Wayne Newton Theatre but he was already in the hole way too much, opened Sannondoa to the public in an attempt to stay afloat. He was never given a gaming license.
