Looking for a condo in Hua Hin Thailand? This video will tour you through 3 different condos, and one of them is only 11,000 Thai Baht per month. This quiet city just 2 hours outside Bangkok, Thailand is a popular weekend getaway for many of the city residents. These vids are amazing! Can you do a video on the rules and process to a US citizen purchasing something out there? I think the hang up for me is figuring out what the process is and what sort of regulations there are around citizenship and property ownership out there. Not sure how it can be made into an entertaining video but it would be super helpful.

Arts scene in Athens GA 1978 to 1982. Smart, witty, creative, naive, funny. WDC scene was more worldly due to gov't proximity. More sardonic, dry, sarcastic and DIY. No naivety there.

The second apartment is basically what I paid 3 years ago coming to America back overseas from the military in Texas with full amenities included, a fully furnished room, and basically a house to myself. Internet, electricity, and water included for $725. Today I pay $825 and it'll go up a bit more next year. I plan on moving overseas to pay that ridiculously low $250-500 range I keep hearing about to basically save MOST of my money needed for my current lifestyle. It's comparable living but you still just win on the even cheaper cost of living there vs Texas.

I lived in Hua Hin for one month in 2016. I studied and obtained my TESOL certificate through Xplore Asia there, then I moved to Bangkok to teach English at a private school for one school term. This was one of the best experiences of my life. I loved living and working in Thailand! Some day, I will return for a visit.

Chris - really appreciate the videos! Not being able to travel really sucks but somehow your constant reminders of what we're missing actually makes things a little better. My wife and I would really love to see some videos on short term rental options. Something for people interested in staying 3 - 6 months at a time and whether it is even possible for a foreigner to rent short term.

We stayed in Baan Kiang Fah back in 2018. It's was an amazing place that was comfortably placed between the beach, Cicada Market (and Tamarind Market), and Bluport Mall. Great location!

Brother, I am so happy you take the time to do this. I have real intentions of coming out there post retirement as well. What I think aside from locale maybe a video on employment opportunities and what requirements I should plan for. Approaching 20years service and thinking how to apply myself there to continue earning with a retirement.

The camera just loves her. The 35sqm condo is a standard design, 10 years ago in Bangkok you could buy for 1 million depending on the city area and such. Life Condo's come to mind.

Another great informative video! I visited Hua Hin for the first time in October last year. I fell in love with the place. One of my favourite places in Thailand now (on the mainland atleast - still love the islands like Koh Tao or Koh Chang).

The only thing which might bother some is if the pools are busy/noisy (kids enjoying themselves) ...at the moment its quiet so maybe anyone might need to factor this in if they are thinking of a quiet stay...
