Respected sir .. look this is a heritage as well as there are heavy maintenance expenses there . . So I think their prices are justified

30k price shouldve been for 3 nights including all 3 meals..

I think most people don‘t know how much it costs to renovate and maintain old buildings, craftsmanship is expensive and the location even it doesn‘t look that on the first glance is also very expensive. My parents are from india and they recently renovated their Grand Parents place which is a 150 years old, for the same price you could have built a huge Villa with a Pool and everything. There are not many people who can make those things we also had to fly in craftsman from different places.

Lunch and dinner could have been included i think

not sue how well you know indians and india.... but india is a first class scammers country... everybody gets scammed in every way lol For this building of nothing yes it is expensive..... but india has the most incredibly well preserved buildings and some are becoming hotels and if you have the money... i would say those are worth any price they wanna ask lol I'would not wanna sleep there.... i know the horror those buildings harbor..... the centuries of real horror happening in or from those buildings ( like the raja and maharaja palaces which they can't afford anymore )

We have a lot more important and better looking monuments here that cost a lot less to stay at. So this is a rip off.

Yes, that's the main thing. A memorable experience that u will cherish when u go back home.

They are not scammers, stop leveling everyone scammers in India just because you have a weird hate fetish against Indians, their rate is sky high because idi0tic foreigners are actually willing to pay that much. It's just business, if they stop giving their money to these people, after few months they will lower their price. That's how business works. You guys act like your country is full of amazing honest people, every country has their fare share of greedy businessmen like this.

it is not UNESCO heritage..... the guy almost avoided saying this. Because it is not. UNESCO is crap but they don't give 150 year old merchant house this tag. This is just a house.... and a mention for the effort to preserve it ( like "un certain regard" in festivals lol )

@@farsalami8605 Try to understand the fact or my view.......the building may be constructed before 150yrs but the type of the construction certainly followed by ancient styles mostly similar to 'Rajput-Gharana' so far.... Be wise but don't want to be over-wise....atleast maintain the soberness to deliver your view.....expected

@@ratnamallick6530 Not sure what you are talking about..... india is full of very old buildings and a 150 year old building is internationally nothing to be mentioned, let alone some place like india. Even inwestern europe a 150 year old building isn't anything to consider historical. And some building being in traditional style does not change that. Many places the buildings are made in the look and many techniques of the traditional building... yes they still get made everywhere... or almost everywhere. You should know and i certainly know that this is just a touristic business by some rich dude, well done. I have nothing against it. These things are in fashion now . Nevertheless in india you have old palaces turned into Hotels. This looks like a merchant house of that era. Go to many countries... the whole of city centers are centuries old houses.....Amsterdam for example the whole of the "canal ring" are centuries old ..... there is a "gay bar" 750 year old. Yes i know that in 3rd world countries the government and people are ok with demolition of buildings to make appartment buildings lol
