Wow the out side of the building the right home about. You never would know it has a 4 million dollar apartment. The inside of the apartment is very dark and masculine.
if im paying 4.2 million (8.93 million if paid up front before taxes) i would fully expect the building to not look like some cheap community housing apartment.
That 50k couch looks like a futon and it really cheapens the space. I would keep the color as it makes the room pop but put something Batman would be proud to sit on.
one parking space !!!!!!!! seriously, id have thought, 1 for the ferrari, 1 for the range rover, 1 for the bentley and 1 for the tesla...plus the batmobile !
The high maintenance and condo fees every month plus the extremely high property tax this unit is going to be for sale for awhile. The curtain and pool table do not cut it for that asking price.
I recognize three guitars on the wall, Signature models, possibly even originally owned by the artist. Middle row 3rd from the right is a Yngwie Malmsteen Signature Strat, to it's left is an Ibanez JS, stands for Joe Satriani Series, next to that is a Steve Vai Signature Ibanez 7 string JEM. Very nice, all those models are practically works if art, I particularly like Steve Vai's tye dye models. Steve's Hydra model has a batwing very similar to the one on the bottom row.
I like the way he points out the view from the bedroom and then mentions the huge development that is being built right outside that window (pretty much wrecking your current view) and spins it as "building art" you will be looing at. Ahhh real estate sales people ....I have always said a career a smoking monkey can do ....
Hey thanks for watching the episode, got a question tho.... what’s so great about the view as it is now ? Would you rather be looking at the back of a building or backing onto a park ? The building design that’s coming has a park in front of it. Rather than hating.... listen lol
I often wonder about these top-tier homes...If you have this kind of money and the ability to create your ideal space why would you give it up? Short of having to move your corporation to another continent (and even then with video conferencing and a cirrus private net) there is no reason to ever leave a space like this! Why not just get another home to go with it!
Your 100% right. often the buyers that are looking for a unit like this typically have a primary home as well as a unit like this. Or this is more of a single-person executive that is looking at having that ultimate town downtown experience for the time being who loves to host. The current owner has had this unit for 4 years and is now just looking for a change.
That's assuming there's no one with a 4m mortgage just like a 400k one, just 10x the income. Or no one with a 4m place that's a big chunk of their net worth just like an average place is for avg people. Plus the property tax and maintenance fees alone are prob over like 10 grand a month, so if you suggest just getting another place if you're moving and letting it sit in case you wanna use it again, that's not just a 4m asset sitting around but like 6 figures a year just gone to do it. Maybe a billionaire would keep it but just cuz you have 4m doesnt mean you have 4000. Like my cousins a dr with a 2.5m house, which is still a far cry from 4.2 but that doesn't mean if he wanted to change cities he could just get another 2.5m house and leave the other one sitting indefinitely.
Bro. Take out the threads holding the vents at the back/bottom of your jacket. It’s a rookie mistake to leave it on. Like you don’t really wear suits like that. Or you borrowed it. Just my OCD. And a gentleman’s tip of course. Great review nonetheless.
Inside the unit is nice but the building looks like a trap house. Absolute garbage 😂 imagine telling your friends and family I bought a 4 million dollar home and you pull put to this building
this is a cool space, but not a livable space.... it's like a hotel lobby with a kitchen and a bedroom, batman would have something like this but on the 50th floor with an amazing view
One underground parking space lol thats definitely Toronto. Im sorry but I cant see justifying spending 4 million dollars for 1 parking spot. Might as well buy a house and have a place to store all your cars since you re that rich.
Can you be loud in these 3, 4 , 5 million dollar condos, like play music watching sports movies on home theater, people over.without bothering neighbours kinda thing. Like are they sound proof to some degree.
