Look! the tricycle driver just waited until Travis got a room for him to make sure his passenger is safe. It's a unique Filipino attitude and hospitality that a foreigner can experience while visiting this beautiful country in the world. The Philippines.😊😊😊 🌴🌴🌴🌴
Aww. Those homemade pizzas are the best! Very simple and nostalgic. Reminds me of my childhood when I did not have enough money to buy fancy food. Don’t expect them to be authentic though.
Kalamansi is like a lemon but smaller and it's more sour The scooter you said was a motorcycle and turned into a so called tricycle its a passenger transport not too fancy but it does the job
Hi Travis its fantastic. I am working with many philippino friends for more than 10 years. So i can imagine how they live in their country and i can see how beautiful the islands there.
$4.00 for a 3 hour ride seems reasonable! Oh and calamansi juice is really delicious! Cannot wait to seek what adventures await you on the scooter.Everyone is so so friendly! 👍😁
Congrats ! I started right before covid when the recession hit. I held those stocks and made a killing. I bought dividend stocks and made a lot during covid.
I'm convinced that the big investors and analysts are trying to scare us to keep us poor and ignorant to the market.. because its steady doing good after all the jobless and market crash talks
The one effective technique I use is staying in touch with a financial coach for guidance, it might sound basic or generic, but getting in touch with a financial adviser was how I was able to outperform the market during the pandemic and raise a profit of roughly $40k
G Day Travis, how ya going mate. Just subscribed, love your work. I'm an aussie living in Negros Oriental. My wife and I own and operate Grandview Cottages Resort. Nothing flash just living the dream, with a lifestyle job. If you head this way drop in for a visit, we have lots of Filipino culture here. Great waterfalls, snorkeling Apo Island, twin lakes, balanan lake and Aussie hospitality. No need to vlog us, just do your thing. Cheers mate.
Welcome to Cebu. Cebu has that excellent blend between urban and natural attractions. Home to nearly 170 islands, Cebu lives up to its moniker as "The Gateway to a Thousand Journeys." There isn't a shortage of explorations to do here - not to mention the beautiful and friendly local Cebuanos, rich history, Asia's cradle of Christianity, great shopping, good food to sate your cravings in between, wild safari, ocean park, clear white sand beaches, island hoppings, an over 100 most epic turquoise blue/gatorade waterfalls, from whale watching, sardine run to canyoneering easily making Cebu one of the best in Asia. You'll also find it easy to find the perfect accommodations here, as it its home to some of the best Philippines luxury resorts and some of the most beautiful beach resorts in the Philippines. Explore Cebu. Take care. God bless. ♥️
Cool! Just found your channel. By the way when you meet older guys in the Philippines, one polite way to address them is just to call them "kuya" (pronounced COO-yah), which means "big brother." Although they actually speak Cebuano in Cebu rather than Tagalog, the term "kuya" can be used. And it's just a polite way of talking to older guys that you see in the street, because Filipinos don't really address their elders by their first names. For the older ladies, you can address them as "ate" (pronounced AH-teh).
@@pacificislanderbisrock I'm from Cebu, we still use ate and kuya when talking to people older than us. And "dong" and "dai" to those younger. Our parents would spank us if we called elders by their first names. Well, mine would. 😂😁
@Negosyo Ko it depends on where you’re from. for us in cebu we call uncle and aunte only to our relatives but what I’ve kbserved in mindanao as my wife is from there, you call everyine older than you as uncle or ankol and te for aunte. in cebu we also don’t call te for aunte.
You should not miss Boracay while staying in Philippines and also Palawan you should go and do some vlogs there cause the beaches here in Philippines are so damn good
@Madison lee Agreed. I prefer Alona Beach on Panglao island, Bohol. Which is also a lot easier to get to than Boracay as they now have their own airport. I used to live in Iloilo city and it was 6 hour bus ride to Caticlan, then a ferry ride across to Boracay.
@Madison lee u have a point but I still love boracay , been there twice and my last is 2020 before covid exploded , been to panglao as well and it’s lovely too
I really missed that kind of banana 🍌 that you're currently eating. If I'm not mistaken, that's a "Lakatan", which is mostly Filipinos' fave, cause of its natural sweetness!.... Enjoy touring from Cebu City to Moalboal, which definitely, would be a great adventure!....🇵🇭👍
@Travis....the mountains you saw in the distance with jagged peaks is the famous Badian Mountain range where three of the most famous highest peaks of Cebu are found: Ossmena Peak, Casino Peak and Kandungaw Peak. You can go there by renting a motorbike or car and climb up the winding mountain roads passing thru quaint farm villages, lush dense forests and sporadic vegetable farms. Don't forget to drop by Cambais Falls when going to Ossmena Peak. Cambais Falls is waterfalls system consisting of more than 7 waterfalls, cascades and deep turquoise pools.
Cebuano/ cebuana people are very kind, it will easy for you to interact with them because they're friendly and they can also speak in english very well. When i was in cebu i wasn't be able to visit the provinces there because i'm busy with my study hahah.I hope you enjoy staying in our country, i can't wait for your next vlog🙏🙏🙏
@Travis....I suggest you rent a scooter and try to drive from Alegria on the west coast across to Dalaguete on the eastern coast passing popular attractions like Cambais Falls and the epic jagged peaks of Badian Mountain Range. The drive on the mountain roads here are scenic you need to stop from time to time to fly your drone or simply take photos. Then from Dalaguete, continue on to Cebu's southernmost town called Santander where coastal roads offer very scenic rides passing more popular attractions like public white sand beaches, old churches, picturesque resorts, waterfalls, and the famous Oslob whale shark, monkey watching, paragliding, etc. Then complete the southern loop by driving northward back to Moalboal where you stay. Take note that southern Cebu boasts of hundreds of individual waterfalls you don't want to miss along the way.
In fact, I guessed that you will definitely go to Cebu, because it is so famous. The scenery there really lives up to its reputation, no wonder it is known as a holiday paradise. Not booking a hotel is a risk, you are very lucky, it's not peak season. I wish you a great time there and looking forward to the next beautiful video!👍😃🙏 其實我有猜到你一定會去宿霧,因為那裏太有名了, 那裡的風景果然名不虛傳,難怪會被譽為渡假天堂, 沒有預定旅館是冒險,你非常幸運,現在不是旺季, 祝福你在那裏玩得愉快,很期待下一集的美麗影片!
Wow,just yesterday ,your subs was 20k, today it escalated to 21+. It goes to show you're garnering a lot of subscribers here in the Philippines! Congratulations Trevis, more power to your channel.
Filipinos are always proud when foreigners goes to our country. And they are always proud when helping a foreigner that belongs to other countries. Even the tricycle driver was happy even he was motivated. Great video!
Yikes I didn't know making a video private removes all the comments haha. Anyway this is what my channel used to look like with many more videos like this...
I see more than 1000 old comments so it seems fine. :) I like your new videos, but old videos too! I started to watch you and Ali, and other guys at the same time when you left Sri Lanka. To me, you had the best easy going character among them, and the vibe of Philippines really matched you. I think wherever you are, you can keep being yourself and continue shooting, and we follow what you go through. Thank you from Japan.
I’m watching your video second time, for me old videos and interactions with local kind filipinos was better. But your new content is good as well. Enjoy!
Travis has become an instant celebrity here in the Philippines 🇵🇭. It's an experience that you'll never get from any other country. Only here in the Philippines 🇵🇭 💕 💖 ❤
Here in Germany you can't just ask a bus driver or any bus personnel if they are on breaktime. In Philippines they would even guide you even if they are on breaktime. Thats the difference. Proud Filipino here. Enjoy your stay in my country Philippines.
@@billybob19656 it depends, not all Filipinos are like that, but you are that some just really need some money and others just really want to help whether you're foreigner or not
Travis in no time your subscriber will be sky rocketed!Love your content!specially when your interacting with the locals if you need anything dont hesitate to ask filipinos,we are willing to help!ingat po!
Cebu, one of the famous provinces of the Central Visayas of the Philippines❤️ It's so nice to watch a video like this as I live at the main island of the Philippines, Luzon. I'm too faraway, but hopefully I can visit this beauty soon.
Hello Travis here I am following your vlog from the moment you arrived at the bus terminal in Cebu specifically in South until you step at the crystal clear water..enjoy the rest of your day and what part of Australia you've been Sir?I missed that country so much especially in Melbourne...
@@travisfein I was there way back 2018 for a tourist visa and I really enjoyed staying with my sister by the way we're in Joynt St.Macleod Melbourne Victoria.Keep up a good work Sir have fun watching your upcoming videos again....
Please don't forget to go to "TOPS", in Busay Hills in Lahug, Cebu City, Travis!... It's chilly there, as it's in the very top in the mountains of Cebu, actually overlooking Cebu City!....🇵🇭🌃
wow what a beautiful place. The bus ride 😊 Phillipines is a beautiful place Travis machan. Great to see you enjoying. ❤ from Sri Lanka. keep those lovely contents coming. Api yamu Travis and Stay safe. 🙏❤
New subscriber here. Went back to some earlier videos, Italy, Spain etc. Would love to see longer videos and more of them in the country. Also if you show the places you stay, hotels etc. I follow other Travelers and this is what I see. Unless you didn’t upload all the videos of countries you visited, but I just get warmed up and the video comes to an end, and I enjoy watching them.
When you said when people come into the bus sales stuff you love buying stuff. Wish granted it's like dream come true hahaha.😂 It's very nice though your like a king served by his people.
No need to ask too many questions. The signs in the PH are always in English, so just read. If people notice you asking too many questions despite the English signs, they will think you're dumb.
Foreign vloggers should just behave normally, like how they behave in their countries. Not that too much waving especially to children and asking too many questions when the street signs are clear and in English. Either you attract con men or you may be misunderstood.
12:42 Kaya Mahal Yung pamasahe Kasi special. siya Lang Ang isang sakay. Alam naman natin na nag aantay muna mapuno Ang sasakyan bago umalis. kumbaga parang arkila niya Yung tricycle
what a bargain you know what you doing bro stay longer we want to see more about this beautiful country and it’s peoples I’ve heard they are the nicest people on earth
The fries was so over priced it should have been 40-50 php and the calamansi juice should have been 20-30 php. They are upping the prices to foreigners💀
Good choice and idea Travis to travel alone do your own thing without any hassle. Decide where to go, let your adventure take you everywhere in the Philippines.
I'm from that island Cebu and i used to be a tour guide driver there i was having fun upon watching when you are still in the bus with those vendors selling you stuffs . enjoy your stay there Travis ,
You should go to siargao island in Philippines! I heard lots of good things about it and I think you would love it there. Have fun and I can’t wait for more Philippines series!!
Hey Travis! This video is amazing! By the way, my name is Ariel and I'm a local from Moalboal. But right now we are staying here in Cebu City as I am working as a Virtual Assistant. I would like to thank you for visiting my hometown, getting along with the locals and enjoying what Moalboal has to offer. Also, that Jun-jun the taxi/tricycle guy is a family friend of mine and he's a good person. Enjoy your stay in Moalboal, Cebu or in Philippines and Balik-Balik!!!!!
Thank you very much Travis for your wonderful recommendation of our place! Hope to see you again here @ Sambag Hideaway Bungalows! Regards from all of us!
