I was able to stay in that room on a Med cruise out of Barcelona. It’s an incredible room, and the kids absolutely loved it. Our genie Marla was amazing.
It’s nice but I rather have a set up like that if I was on a yacht or smaller private ship. Being on a big cruise ship I prefer to have a nice room, but want to enjoy those things outside my cabin among the people. For 40K, I can enjoy 20-40 nice cruises!! So for me 40K can cover my cruising for the rest of my cruising life! 😂😇😂😇😂
@zammy my 🙃 naker snacks TBMOTH When you go up the socioeconomic ladder, your lifestyle changes too. So in that income class, 40k is equivalent to 4k in middle class and $400 to the lower income classes. Applying your current lifestyle and sense to a higher income earner's spending habits and lifestyle won't make any sense. I used to say something like that to every income class above myself and then adapt the same spending habits when moved up in the income ladder.

Absolutely amazing. I'm not a fan of the mega-ships, as I've said before, but your videos have me rethinking that. This suite is fantastic and I don't think I'd ever leave except to visit the ports. Thanks for this!

40K is alot, but if you have a group of 5 or 6 close friends (which I don't) to split it up, it sure seems like a heck of a vacation. That balcony....nice.

To stay in a suite like that be so cool but it would take away from the beauty of exploring the ship and the various ports-of-call on the itinerary. For me, I love cruising so much. I love to experience and take in the various activities on the ship, the cultural experiences and excursions when reaching the different ports. So staying in a room like this would definitely distract me from fully enjoying those things.

That room is waay over the top! I've stayed in suites on many cruise ships including the Royal Suites on several MSC ships, but that one is insane. I don't think I'd pay $40k for a week's stay though - even if I had the disposable income to afford it. If I could cruise in that room once or twice a year, I'd rent a private yacht. But it is definitely nice.
Well done video! Yes, I would book it...if I could share expenses with family and/or friends four or more ways. Somewhere around $10K for a room like that with all the extras would be worth it. We once booked an Owner's Suite, which was awesome. When I walked in the bathroom, my thought was: The bathroom sleeps four." LOL ...and yes, it was around $10K, once in a lifetime thing.
I would definitely book this suite for my family. I have 4 children..2 married and 4 grandchildren so i would need exact sleeping availability but seems doable Magnificent.
I don't think you could get everyone in it. There is 2 King beds, 4 bunk beds and 1 Double pull out sofa. I think 1 couple and 1 single adult child would need a different suite. Also, the limit is 9 people
Good morning Justin. Hope you got some sleep! Everything you said is true except for not all the suites get a genie. For example, the two level loft suites, which are 640 ft.² do not get a genie. You do however get coastal kitchen and all the perks you spoke about. It actually is a really good value because you don’t have to spend extra on anything, including specialty dining or drinks. Coastal Kitchen offers some of the same dishes from specialty dining. Totally worth it!❤️💯🛳⚓️
Amazing room. I like to be out and about on the ship. So I would be torn between that and staying in the room. If you have a large family this is some nice space!!

Its not the most expensive room! WT-? Then which one is? That's crazy. I think I'd only leave the room for the pool, the shows, the spa , the Ultimate Abyss, ice cream and the excursions. Just wow!
Great to see this wonderful suite, glad they are enjoying it. However I like to get out and mingle and to see the rest of the ship to admire it so would not spend a lot of time in that suite. Can’t afford that either.

That chair in the corner that's hanging from the ceiling is something that's been around since the 1960s is just a modernized version of it we had one in our house that was made from wicker and had a nasty Canary yellow cushion for seed
We’ll be spending 14 nights on Wonder next year and we certainly could afford that amazing room but the truth is, I wouldn’t want it. The Junior Suite is more than ample as we don’t intended to be spending the majority of our days in the room when there’s so much to do both on and off that amazing ship. Harmony was awesome in 2020 (Feb) but 7 nights wasn’t long enough so we’re doing a back-to-back on this one. How I wish we could have the opportunity to speak Jay and I could give you the opportunity to never say “I can’t afford…” ever again. Maybe someday
We’ve done a Royal Suite, which is nowhere near as big as that, but I must agree that sometimes you just want to stay in the room and it becomes as much of a destination as any other part of the cruise. Okay
I once spent an entire day in the Villa at Ceaser’s Palace - $20,000 a Night and it was truly stunning. It has 4 bedrooms, each with a Jacuzzi and master bath, 2 Baby Grand Player Pianos, a private Theater, Private Pool Deck with Bar, Grill, and retractable roof and if that’s not enough, a Butler AND Private Chef. They filmed the Hangover in this room. I was sad when they kicked us all out… 😬😱🙃
Ok Jay Here a thought on the family suite let's get some friends together and slit the cost shoot I'm thinking 8 people can sleep in a suite like that so about 5000.00 a piece works for me. 😁
Looks really cool. Having recently been on a mega ship (Mardi Gras) I don’t see the purpose of this stateroom on this size of ship. With the amount of things to do you’re hardly gonna be in the room………..Then again if I could afford it I would probably get it just to get it.
Omg!!! That’s looks like such a fun room… but was there a private elevator to this room? Cause I didn’t see the floors in the elevators… oh and I would. NEVER leave that room at all!!!

sounds like you didn't watch the vlog otherwise you would have met the guest who was staying there that week...and that is okay if you can't afford it...it is just fun to see how other people live....
how many people can that one suite sleep? That will give you an idea of how many ways to split the costs. That beats the hotel rooms I ve seen that are big as 3 bed room apartments.
