Hey Max! Not sure if you noticed in India, the service and hospitality standards are much higher with Indian hotel chains in comparison to western chains like the Marriott, Hyatt Westin etc. Nothing beats Taj and Oberoi. We are spoils here. Welcome to India!

I hope the hotel has accessible information about all the service they will be providing, including the kind of coffee service. If they do that there's no point of complaining. If they don't they should apologize to the Italians or anyone else raising issue with the coffee. Everybody deserves good coffee!

Yo, you went a Hyatt Regency which is a majority a business hotel for people. When I travel and stuff I tend to stay at Hyatt's since they're very point friendly, travelers like you and I are really not their typical clientele. It's all internationals there for meetings and live with different standards. It's very annoying when they complain and have no compassion for the workers. Anyways you're probably in another country by now but keep up the good work. Also Pharmacopa is not a local product, they're used all over Hyatt's throughout the world.
Hotel toiletries are exclusively supplied. Not very commonly sold. Pharmacopia might be a foreign brand. The essential oils for bathing are available in places like Connaught Place Delhi at Biotique, a shop that deals in these perfumed oils. Now other shops have started selling these as they are expensive. You just need to look around. Kannauj , a place in Uttar Pradesh is the perfume capital of India..Old Delhi where you met that lady at the dry fruit shop would have told you about a famous perfume shop in the neighbourhood..
My school is Gujarat Vidyapeeth, right in front of this hotel and when all the cricket players come to play in Ahmedabad, they all stay here.And Ahmedabad has the world's largest cricket stadium. I hope you enjoy Ahmedabad very much.
