I used a couple this deer season and was happy with the picture quality and signal strength in areas other brands had poor service. My issue is i turned them off for storage after season. Now, i keep getting notifications to check my cameras because they haven't transmitted recently. I'm not sure if i did something wrong or what. Other brands i have i just turn off camera and place in storage until next season. These are on the free 100 plan so i didn't need to cancel any payments. Would you have any insight into why the notifications ? Only option I noticed was delete the cameras but im unsure of that
Good question! I don’t have a good answer. I leave cameras running all year long due to wild hogs on our property. I’m still receiving pictures every evening at 8:00pm. I love this camera so far. I hope it lasts a couple more years.
@LongshoresOutdoors thanks for the reply. Yes I also like them thus far, they was difficult to pass up giving them to try, my local academy sports had them at $49 then dropped to $35 for about a week then back up over a 100 now.
do you have any idea way my terra cell wont stop taking pictures there is nothing that could have been triggering it no tree limbs nothing but still it takes pictures as much as it can
I would reach out to WGI Customer Support. There phone # is listed inside your camera. Call them up and describe your issue. They will send a replacement if it's been less than 12 months.
