Too many times you see people coming in just laying out their story so they can get a break on their parking fines or tickets or otherwise. This young lady wasn't begging for help didn't lay out some sob story about how she couldn't take care of it, she just asked that she be able to pay when her new job starts to pay her. This Judge is an amazing man good luck to her and all the best to Judge Caprio. Time and Time Again the compassion of that man makes me tear up, he is such an icon of what human kindness can be.
I feel shame for the man left her with baby and made her single. She looks so honest and dedicated that pushed me to comment on this. I literally loved her spirit and she is a great girl i have ever seen. God bless from Pakistan
If he's willing to bail like that, it's probably best for both the child and the mother that it stays that way. It doesn't mean that can never change but until he steps up or comes forward, it's best for the child to be brought up by this beautful young lady. I wish her and her child the very best, also that she can get some help. Amazing action from Judge Caprio and the generosity of others sending money in to help.

And still standing and fighting for her kid and herself. I want to hug that girl so badly. Think she need a stable person in her life to deal with life itself. She is not the typical young mother, she is kind, well behaved and ask for nothing. If i could, i want to give her some money and financial lessons for her future. But nobody says she can't deal with her bills. Her "man" leaved and let the 2 alone.

she is so young and having hard time and trying so hard to stay strong without support, but the unexpected compassion of the judge broke thru her wall of strength and brought her to tears. Some people really deserves help and how wonderful the world would be if more ppl do help. I cannot believe she did not peep a word about her baby and of her hard time until the judge asked. The judge did the most kind & good hearted thing he could do. Who goes to court for 300$ worth of tickets, gets them knocked down to 20$ that's paid by a viewer AND leaves w/ 50$ cash for their baby from another viewer or 2. That's beautiful. I literally shed tears because of the kindness & humanity of the judge, his employees & his viewers who send money in. Im going to look up how to send money to his courtroom as well because so many ppl are in need of an act of kindness, & it really doesn't hurt us to be less selfish & more selfless.
I wish that everyone in the world (me included) would show love and compassion to others just as Judge Caprio does. He's a true living example of how we should lead our lives. Unfortunately in today's world we've become obsessed with the now and just look out for ourselves, sometimes not even for our loved ones. This brought me to tears....I was a single mom with a child who has a disability......it was really hard, and thankfully I had parents who helped out when they could. Hope they are tears of happiness. I raised my daughter complete by myself and my 13 y.o step son. and it wasn't easy at times starting at 38 owning a house. Who is going to believe her story.. "So how did you make out in court with the 4 tickets?" ...Oh paid one, dismissed the others, and the Judge handed me 50 bucks!" All seriousness. I felt in my heart she was aware and truly was greatful. She came responsibly with the mercy of the court. Prayers sent!! PEACE

Looking at her and hearing her I'd have never guessed how dire her situation was. It speaks volumes about the good judge's wisdom and vast experience that he figured it out by asking minimal yet exactly to-the-point questions. In the end when she teared up (due to the Judge's unexpected generosity) I couldn't hold back either.
