this is a 1988 Honda goldwing GL 1500 bought it as a no-star flooding out at the carburetor type situation and after I got it home I pulled the carbs off because they were leaking it was time to take them apart there's a whole bunch of crusty stuff under where the bulls were and the pilot Jets were plugged up. cleaned up everything in the carbs reset the float levels found some secondhand gaskets that were pretty good shape for the bowls put everything back together and then I did a fuel pressure test on the fuel pump and it was kicking out over 45 PSI. with a carbureted system you should only be running 4 to 8 PSI Max and somebody put a fuel pump on that was for a fuel injected vehicle that would never work with carbureted system.
