It looks more like ledges than "caves", so it's premature to toss word that out there before confirming what it is.

Everything we could see was coming from under the rock ledges. But, as we mentioned in the video it had rained earlier in the day.

There is no requirement to be hooked to the grid in the Ozarks (other than possibly in city limits).
