Thank you for the amazing tour. I am considering moving and retiring there From the United States. Thailand is such a beautiful welcoming country; I love the culture. And with all the political problems in the world I'm finding it becoming dangerous to be in the states. My only cons are heat and humidity. My last trip to the tropics took me a couple of weeks just to adjust. I love the cool dry air. But with the amazing cost of living and living in an enclosed AC environment it might be doable. :) 🥶

I’ve been watching a lot of Bangkok condo tours lately and no one has presented their condos with such joy! You won a subscribe with that jog around the track. 😂 Anyway I book marked this on my watch later too so if I decide to move to Thailand (still doing research) I can remember the name of the condo you showed off and see if there’s availability for a lease once I get there. The amenities look great but from what I've seen firsthand and from thousands of YT videos just about every condo apartment in Bangkok looks the same. It would be nice to see if there are condos there with a unique setup. Great video.

Too much height, if a fire or another problem happens a floor down, could be a terrifying experience. I would not be able to sleep in that building. But lovely building and very nice condo. Gym fantastic and swimming pools ok. Not for me, I prefer low rise condominiums for security. Thanks for the video.

Hay to you both! I love your energy and effective fun presentation. Great channel. QUESTION: How fast is WiFi in most areas of that condo…Also I had an idea you might pitch to the management. For the Cinema Room if they just add cheap google chromecast almost all Las Vegas Hotels have them on all their hotel room TVs now, anyone on the same WiFi could connect that way and access their own personal Netflix Prime and many other apps…and many games and apps are chromecast compatible. And…if you have a laptop of course you can connect from the chrome browser and share any specific web page or your entire desktop. This would be great for all the conference rooms and TVs they provide in the rooms. Would be a huge draw for digital nomads for less than $30 each.

Hello, excellent video. I will be moving there in October, and because of your video, I was sold on your condo until I read the latest reviews. I am now concerned about the water being smelly or dirty, constructions still going on, etc. (see Google reviews). Are these isolated issues? Have you had any issues? It would be nice to share. Otherwise, the condo is amazing. Thanks.

are the facilities ever 24 hour? If someone works American timezone are they able to go to one of the work lounges to work or will the facilities be closed?

I thought of another question, big surprise right? 😂 So downstairs laundry: are there coin operated dryers too? Or just washers. also does your unit have more that one air conditioner or is the one in the bedroom your only one? And would the condo give people permission to bring in and hang some of their own artwork? Or do you have to leave the walls alone since it’s already furnished? (FYI I’m an artist and I’ll probably ship my paintings to wherever I choose to live.)

it's nice. But did you really book it before you got there? I plan on moving (try it at least) but I plan on booking hotels for the first period and look for condo while I'm there. But you had luck getting a nice place.

(Bare with me) If you’re a lazy potato like me & want to hire a personal trainer to meet you at your condo to help you work out properly, say on a weekly basis? And maybe a maid service to help you keep you ADHD fueled clutter-explosions in check. (And by you I mean ME) How hard or easy is it to find people in Thailand to help with that stuff? And of course, I’d want to know what kind of budget I would need… I do plan on learning some of the Thai language before I move, but I might want to hire a teacher to help me get better at speaking it without too think of an American accent.
