Hi Angel girl and everyone else 😇 My Pastor, a lady who is 84yrs. Young. Brought me home from hospital. And I Fed and watered my cat's. Thank God they are okay. They're both on each side of me. They even follow me to the bathroom and back. The sheriff is coming by this evening and bringing me a couple of food and water bottles, bowls for them. In case I have to ever go quickly like that again. Now they are trying to track down my meds. Don't know what happened to them either. But I am just trying to pray and leave it in Jesus hand's!!!! I just found a big chunk of Hopes for on her neck is gone. I don't know if they were fighting while I was in the hospital or not. I'm waiting for the sheriff to come check it out for me 🙏
I have the same thing with coffee. I switched to Decaf, and now it's going better. I've been drinking decaf for 8 years now. I'm making all meals at home except for Easter day because I promise my kids we are going to eat out that day. 😊😊😊😊 Have a blessed Monday everyone
Maybe check a magnesium level on your kid that’s having sleep problems. I take magnesium before I could go to bed. You could alternatively give her some food or something high in magnesium. It helps me. There have been studies on it. My multivitamin doesn’t have much magnesium in it.
I quit caffeine after getting jitters from coffee. Missed the cup so bad in the morning. Decaf still has caffeine. I switched to Teecino chicory tea and would highly recommend as a coffee replacement! Goes well with creamer etc unlike other teas

I stay jittery all the time when I’m extra jittery I can’t have coffee but you might be able to do what I do which is put milk or extra water or half coffee half milk or water or protein shake whichever one you have on hand just wanted to throw a tip out there
My family goes out to eat maybe once or twice a year...and that's only for a special occasion. Last time we went out was when one of our daughters graduated from college. Very healthy haul...love it! Praying for your health...
Awesome hall. I'd love a freeze dryer. That's my dream I'm gonna start saving for. After you freeze dry everything you won't have much left. It's amazing how much you can save cooking at home.

We are still going strong from the first of the year when you started the challenge back then, on day 93 today! I had written things down wrong in my RU-vid planner and miscounted so I was thinking we were one day less. I want to get to 100 which at this point seems easy. We may go longer but I'm not sure. I to have switched to Decafe because of the same issue. I was getting way to jittery and I had never had that happen before. I’ve enjoyed the decaf though 😊
I don't want to brag my dear but I made my hundred Days actually it's been 135 but we never did go out and eat too much so I had that advantage but I wrote you on and you can do it it's just so nice to have a night off though no dishes no cleaning up after the mess

I've felt that way with coffee before too, I switched brands and the anxious feeling went away. I haven't had that specific brand since. Maybe try a different brand. ❤

Do u know the nutrition or ingredients on that imitation crab meat? I recently watched how it was made and they use a lot of dark red dye with the crab (I think it’s crab) It was really nasty looking and I was wondering why put the dye in it…maybe someone can tell me. My boys love this in sushi too. Real crab is so expensive too. I’m trying to find one that’s “good for you” if anything like that is out there. We are craving sushi!!! I’ve noticed at my Walmart they used to substitute items at the same price even if u got name brand but now they charge the actual price 😞 Gosh, I can’t wait to get a freeze dryer! I’m saving! Do u think pre-freezing the skittles will help on time? They don’t have much liquid but I’ve never used a freeze dryer. We love that Arbys sauce, we do the copycat all the time! So easy and good. Tiffany are u no longer using flash food or only for the time being with car diffulties and I notice I had issues with coffee I noticed it improved once I started buy light roasted coffee versus dark roast
Hold up Arby's sauce at Walmart?!? Hubby's all time fav sauce! I gotta go for the sauces so I can try the Chinese meal. So I'll add a memo to look for that! I have to take melatonin to help me my brain doesn't know how to shut off so I can sleep sometimes lol. Maybe if you can't figure it out speak with the doctor maybe they can give ideas. My goal would be to make it a actual month eating at home! Seems there is always something to avoid eat at home is annoying me alot lol. March we did good until dental appointment and boom out we go! Doc told me to try melatonin for her and I’m like yeah we’ve tried and it does not work well for her unfortunately. And yes get the arbys sauce! It is my favorite too!
Oh man! She hasn’t had nightmares & had it the past two nights. But melatonin does not work well for her. No nightmares, but it gives her a REALLY bad attitude the next day, even with a tiny half dose. 😳
Great haul! I think today we are having kielbasa on the grill with a side of some sort. That's our eat at home plan lol easy! I've just been feeling very anxious and depressed lately. So I'm trying to get past It. Some days are tough!
