I can understand why it hasn't sold. It has no yard at all, tons of houses being built around it (noise), plus it's not private as there are many houses on other streets that look right at it.
I would never imagine or even know in my life what it's like to live in a mansion this big and what it would be like but I've lived in big houses before that were five 6,000 ft², but nothing at 50,000 ft² this is crazy it's even think about what it would be like to live here

It won't sell because the exterior design is a bit odd, and there are only a precious few people on Earth who have crawled far enough up their own ass to want a 41,000 square foot house. Hell, LA shouldn't even allow homes this big to be built.
