You have a P.A. who drives and picks it up for you. As well as doing your grocery shopping, and getting your packages from a locket, etc. If you can afford this property you definately can afford to full-time employ a Personal Assistant to help keep things running smoothly. As well as a few maids. Landscaping, etc.

$6 million is pretty reasonable for what you're getting. Obviously the house isn't worth that but there's a ton of land that comes with it, not to mention it's only a 35-minute drive from Pearson. If you tried to get a house half this size in the city you'd be paying at least double

Beautiful home only one thing that's a note of concern, Did you notice that large stain running down the roof from the chimney. As if they had a chimney fire flashing something is going wrong with that. That needs to be checked out. My sister in law bought an executive villa actually look alike this home ... very similar with nicer swimming pool in secluded area 7 acres of forest and land .... ok a bit smaller inside no theatre ... huge basnment - they rent it ... amazing property long drive way with trees into the house ... it’s in Midland in prestigious neighbourhood - there is a famous church - every year pilgrims r going there ... anyways They paid $599,000 few years ago for this amazing house!!

Barbara Milsom, understood. 86% of Trumps towers in manhattan and FL are the same. $120 million for apts on high floors, but nobody lives in them. Saudi buyers, and Russian oligarchs, etc. They’re parking laundered money all over the US. In NY they can do this through anonymous shell companies so that no one knows the names of buyers. Didn’t realize it was prevalent in Canada too. Thanx.

At that price I'll buy 3 luxury houses in Oakville/Mississauga/Etobicoke lakeshore. King country ? Imagine during the 4+ month of the freezing cold winter there will be a lot of days with 20+cm of snow, and you'll have to sit in your big house waiting half a day for your contracted plow to dig you out, then drive on the unplowed side roads for 20 KM to get your groceries.

This video does a terrible job of showing the house. Hardly shows any of the rooms and no way to figure out the layout when they jump around like that. Open House 24 starts at the front door and shows every room.

@@SilverHouseHD a barndominium is a steel fabricated structure outfitted with walls and fireplaces electrical and plumbing .. it’s a thing. Think of a $15-$25,000 barn outfitted with $550,000 worth of cabinetry; fixtures; windows; stairs; flooring & hvac; appliances ...etc.. etc.

@@SilverHouseHD I was serious, but on second take this cannot be a barndominium because of the multi-lvl trusses. I think my OP was just comparing the inside layout to what I’ve seen in barndos with the fireplace always centered in a certain place.
