I remember when my aunt hit pan on her compact. She’d give it to me. One of my earliest scent memories of that Cover Girl. Anytime I get a whiff of that. Reminds me of her. Love this look today. And that lip color is fabulous.

I loved that old scent. This was my first foundation lol - bought with my own cash. Cover Girl also updated their eyeshadows- I was ready to grab a YSL shadow quad and I went into CVS and saw the CG new lipsticks, and some eyeshadows. Voila! I saw a trio of beige/cream/taupe beige shadows which is perfect!!❤

For regular nail polish, the Dazzle Dry system is all I use. It dries in 5 min and lasts 7-14 days, even longer on the toes. I now paint my fingers and toes regularly and love that!

I've been more of a fan of lightweight foundations and tinted moisturizers lately since I usually apply a "heavy" amount of concealer, so this foundation looks like it's right up my alley. Thank you for the honest review, Emily! I love seeing and hearing your kids in the background, too. ❤

FINALLY! My prayers have been answered. Do you know how long it has been since I've waited for this to happen? A very long time. I use to use this foundation in the bottles back when I was a teenager. I'm 43 now. The bottle had a blue cap on it. There was no applicator of any kind so I had to use a q-tip or simply make a huge mess all over my hands. I also had to use cotton balls for face application. I rarely wear foundation now. If I do, I use it to conceal my deep hollow dark under eye circles. Otherwise, i simply just use concealer. Anyways, CoverG, was my holy grail many moons ago. I loved their stuff. Its been awhile since I've used their products, tho. I prayed for this over and over again. So I'm super stoked about this. Thanks for sharing this. I am so happy now.

Hi Em! For regular polish I love Gelous as a base and top coat with either China Glaze or Orly nail polish and quick dry top coat Seche Vite. It's kind of a lot of steps but the Gelous males it last a long time and the Seche Vite dries super fast so you don't have to wait forever. Always do thin coats!

Emily, I have the new version of foundation too; this is probably not a popular opinion but I think I prefer the OLD formula (scent and all! Lol) it always gives a beautiful finish. I feel like the new one doesn’t cover much. Do love the “new” Covergirl though - it’s having its moment. ❤

Thank you for this! I wore Clean during my high school and college years since it was affordable. I was wondering if this version was just as good. Since my face is combo-oily, the only way I can make ANY foundation last on me is a gripping primer. I'm wondering how good the NYX Face Glue is.

No smell, and the powders don't have it now. I guess whatever made that smell, caused my face to burn. I can use these new products on ly oily, sensitive skin. Love them, and the new eyeshadow sticks are amazing.

I’m so upset! I loved the noxema scent…it was so nostalgic and the only foundation that I can use on my textured mature face. It didn’t cake or settle into my pores and I could control coverage. I’m not thinking I’m going to be happy with the new formula. 😢

I was wondering if they had changed it. I actually remember loving that foundation. In fact my bff in grade school always wore it and and the powder and I thought it was too much coverage for me. lol. I used it for a while after high school. This seems like a little less coverage???
