“No silver spoon, no trust fund.” Kind of odd to say that right at the start when his father, as others pointed out, is Roman Sharf who founded a luxury watch company and is worth over $100 million dollars…. This is worth repeating since it gives him a huge leg up, connections to suppliers, mentorship etc… Not trying to hate either, go him! But also let’s be realistic. He most likely isn’t as self made as he makes himself out to be.
No hate, either. We appreciate all comments and feedback. While it's common knowledge that he's the son of a millionaire, we can't ignore the hard work he's been putting into his business. We do have mad respect for the kid. 🙌
Absolutely. What we like about him is his transparency. He openly credits his parents' support. While many in his shoes opt for the easy ride, he chose entrepreneurship.
No hate on the kid, but his dad (Roman Sharf) has a company in the watch industry that generates $150,000,000+ a year. I only state this because you said in the beginning "no silver spoon and no trustfund." Now you have the facts.
Absolutely, I see where you're coming from. It may seem like he had an unfair advantage, but he genuinely paved his own path to success. Many in his position choose to do nothing. Ultimately, the key question is, did he offer real value? What do you think? We’re only inviting guests who do offer value.
No, we're not forgetting where he came from, and it appears he hasn't either. However, we can't ignore the hard work he's putting in. It's worth noting that there are many teenagers from affluent families who don't make the most of their advantages.
Lol the kid went to best private school paid by his dads 100 million dollar / a year company . No hate to the kid. Let’s be realistic and not say he made out the mud
@JC-xt1nr It only sounds like hate when you're searching for it. Story is unrealistic. His first bulk order was 30-40K lol. He doesn't even remember the exact number, get outta her.
Fortunately for Marcus, he was raised in a supportive family who instilled essential skills and values, turning him into a teenage entrepreneur. Don't you think his achievements are impressive, even for adults in our generation? Let's not hate on the kid. We can't deny his hard work. 💪
That coffee got that man zooted!! He couldn’t stop moving lololololol … dope he found a way to success financially relatively early. He took the info & applied it …
How can selling something that is no barrier to entry make you standout from the rest of competitors doing exactly the same thing? Oh, make Google rich by paying for ads and boosts such that having a revenue of 4million but getting only say 50k profit? Upflip should do the same and earn millions rite?😅
There are a couple of ways you can market yourself. It's not just Google ads. If you want to start but have no budget, you can begin building a community through social media. It's free. Your budget would depend on where you are in your business 😉
He's solid. Clearly, his parents raised him right. Despite the harsh words, he holds his head high and pushes forward. Nothing but respect for this young man. 💪
Fight the feedbacks all you want but not many gonna resonate with this type of content! You held back 33 mins to tell the audience it’s basically a family business! Dodging the question on how he financed $1M for the store says it all!

why let the truth get in a way of a good story ! @upflip keep killing it, who cares if people tell white lies kids out here crushing it. Im sure roman only gave him a small line of credit ! he probably did the rest or at least some on his own! I'd deffo take the know how and credit to set up a flipper business if it was available
You're absolutely right! Money doesn't just magically grow on its own (no matter how small or big the credit is). It takes dedication, hard work, and the right guidance to build a successful business, especially when you're just starting out. The mentoring he receives from his father is indeed priceless. 🙌
I believe him when he says no silver spoon. If you listen carefully: his first sale of sneakers, needing money to fund his sneaker hobby, his first realization of profit, Dad refuses to negotiate on his behalf, he’s on salary. All these are hallmarks of he did a lot himself. I’m sure at some point Dad did assist, but I’m sure he had to make business sense and pitch to him.
Rich kids Capping..They had another rich kid on one of these rags to richest shows he was flipping sneakers they hyped the kid up to be this boy genius of the sneaker game he had never before seen sought after nikes. The kid was making over 150k or so a year he was even selling to rappers the kid would never revile how he was getting these exclusive Nike's come to find out his mom was a high level executive at NIKE and was bringing shoes home that was unreleased behind nikea back to her son.. i think Nike asked her to step down from nike when it got exposed she said no😅
Even if his father got his back, at least he wanted to be independent at an early age. Not many will want that if they're in his position, they'd rather spend, spend, spend...
Posting dude like he was self made, then I just find out that his dad's a millionaire watch dealer. C'mon man, spotlight some people who actually had to put in that work to get there.
no,, it's new sneakers that he is able to get a hand on just after they are realeased from the factory, and it's items that there are a higher demand than supply for
Now if you said kid was lucky to have a successful father to help him get started and took advantage of to then I could respect this video. The beginning totally was lies and not true. He will have a trust fund and had a silver spoon that being said sure other kids would be losers and yes he seems like he has a good head on his shoulder but come on bro 🤦♂️
The only reason he he got this money because his dad Roman gave him a trust fund of millions of dollars is a rich white kid 💯💯💯 I’m stating facts his dad generates 150 million a year
I am a subscriber to yoyr channel and i appreciate the content yoy orovide. But if you make another video where yiy dont do your homework, i will unsubscribe! Knowing that his dad is a billionaire is a HUGE piece of info left out of this story!
He clarified that those figures are not his revenue. He's wisely taking a salary and reinvesting the remainder of his profits back into the business. Smart move! 💡
I don't knock the hustle cause I know the it, but this sounded like a bunch of BS and fluf! and F bots these a bunch of young cheats networking... couldnt even listen to the whole episode, for once.
What's impressive about this young entrepreneur is that he seized the opportunities available. His parents must be proud of having such a hardworking son. We would be too! 💪
6:20 that’s shocking because I’m from Afrika hunting for quality business channels like these and in the first minute l knew I’d landed a big fish. I reeled it in immediately with a sub 🫶🏾🇿🇼
