@@Fizuh That house was badass. Me and my wife made a quick video on it. We toured when it was $9m, but couldn't pull that with it not being off the golf course. I wonder what it sold it for? I know they dropped it pretty good. Gorgeous house.
Title is accurate. The video even gives you the “wake up from that dream before anything happens” treatment. I’ve even started to forget what this was all about !
Dr. Tyler McCarroll is the owner of this residence. He commissioned its construction and currently resides there. It seems that unauthorized individuals filmed a video upon the completion of the construction. I completed all the floor finishing in this home, and I can confirm that the woman in the video is not his wife.
How is living in Texas a bad thing? I live in Houston and it's amazing. also, it's not as hot as people say. I got used to the heat after moving here in only 2 days. I love Texas and i plan on staying here when I get a family. for all the people saying that its a waste of money, it may be but if somebody has enough income to not have to worry about it, then I don't see why it's a big deal?
Yeah I kind of feel like that’s the way it’s going lately. I would never buy a house especially for that amount of money and not have it with 1 million windows etc that seems to be the trending scene these days, but at my age and considering I just sold my marital home, I’m moving into a high-rise I sure am and my high-rise is gonna have so many windows you’ll have to run into the closet to get some shade
I’ve walked by this place before on my way home from work. I legit thought it was a library or an office building or something. I’m going to have to pass, which I think they’ll be fine with since I make like $30k a year and can barely afford rent on the 70 year old, falling apart apartment I’m in now 😂
If I had that money I’d choose happiness over emptiness and aesthetic, I’d have a whole beach house made in outer banks big enough to house my entire family for a fraction of the price
No one needs a house that big. I wouldn't waste 7 million on a house. You will lose money. Plus, it costs 10s of thousands of dollars a month to pay for maintenance.
7:54 this is why she’s queen of natural hair. She’s exactly right. Yeah we may have learned better ways now but there’s no need to constantly tag on how we were brought up. It was apart of our journey
