It doesn't look like it's worth 7.5 million. It looks 4 million based on this video. Is it 7.5 million mainly because of the views? Who knows? We never see the outside facade of the home, just the view around the home. Does that mean it has no curb appeal so they didn't bother showing us? We didn't see all 5 bedrooms and baths or the garage, gate on road leading up the house, etc. I really wish the video tour was more comprehensive. Then maybe we'll understand why it costs so much.
