This is the perfect size. Small without taking up too much shelf space but wide enough to accommodate 2 figures side by side. And it does nit completely cover up the figures. Perfect perfect perfect.
Thank you so much for this video! I know that I'm late to the party but I just watched this video for the first time, & clicked the link for both vehicles. The $170 one is currently $95, so I snagged it. I have a lot of vehicles for my Batcave motor pool but my military/gangster vehicles are limited to 2 Stingers, and the WW2 Captain America motorcycle. Now I've got two Valaverse Vanguards (Tan and Grey Muddy variants) on the way, as well as this bad@$$ silver Jeep/SUV. Thank you for all of your hard work, Articulated Ninja! It's cats like you who make this hobby better for all of us out here.
I just started watching the video, and _woaaaah!_ Is this thing like a new Kickstarter? I mean I've never seen such a little vehicle that has a top, middle, a bottom, AND moves! This thing must be like $900!
Watching you flip it in the beginning made me laugh cause I've done that so many times i can't believe my vehicle is still in one piece and mine goes way faster than that does and I've rolled down hills more than I'd like to admit.
Customizing is the 2nd best thing about collecting imo, to make a figure better or unique for your personal is AWESOME. No one else will have that piece and if you can do it yourself you get hit with the prideful feels that become addictive. I think your kitbashing and customizing is well worth a peep for the information alone. Idk if you have or want too but letting us know the ARTICULATED NINJA recipe to have in the collection would be great as well!! Great vehicle review, I never thought about a vehicle collection
Looks good! Definitely a great display piece. $170 is a little high for the second option - maybe if it can with 3/4 additional figures and some blast/speed effects.
I bought the same R/C truck from Amazon last September. Thanks for showing us how to mod it to get the figures to fit. Great video, and your hours of effort show in the final product!
Articulated Ninja does it again. Nice find, I’ve seen this one around but wasn’t sure if it would fit. Thanks for answering that question. By the way, I’ve recently started making vids too. I feel you on the editing thing but I actually love the process and yes seeing the final production is a thang of beauty. Just like this truck. 👍🏽
Great video man! The biggest issue with a vehicle is how much modding it takes. This seems like an hour job for those who are used to cutting up plastic. Solid find and solid review, Ninja!
Ninja, I wish I had the space for something like that! It does look really good, and like you said it can be easily customized if you want cover the bottom as well. Have you ever thought about doing a short tutorial on the customizing you do for vehicles?
Those Crusin' games were about the only arcade car games I'd ever play. And pretty sure the Crusin' Erotica one was my favourite. Hm, that was a typo, but sounds like an interesting concept. Seeing how many BJ's you can get while racing; and not letting an undercover in your car, or pulling an Eddie Murphy.
You keep finding these rides. Dope usable 1/12 vehicles. Some static, some remote control. All fresh. Over here popping wheelies. But one day….. ONE DAY… these RC cars gonna have to drift. Sorry, you started it. You gonna have bust out an all wheel drift. I don’t care if it’s Snake Eyes drifting around the Valaverse Bee Troop. Can it drift???? 😆 See you next video
Sweet find! Love the audio tracks you pick. It's clear you put a lot of effort into your videos. The editing and sound are on point. Would love to try this mod out but got bit by the Mythic Legions bug the other day.
Great video, fantastic quality as always. The Amazon Australia price for these is ridiculous, $165usd, but thankfully they are on eBay Australia. Definitely going to get one on the strength of this review.
That’s awesome ninja but my wife compared you to Gordon Ramsey “if I can do it anyone can.” Lol. You are the king of simple customs and kitbashing. Me I’m still not sold 1/12th vehicles. Maybe once I clear out my abundance of 1:18th vehicles I’d consider it.
Evil military organization rolling around in a Land Rover? Considering the people I know personally who own Land Rovers, that tracks. You get so much mileage out of a Dremel, it’s crazy. One of the best pound-for-pound customizers given how practical everything you do is
I think all try to get the 170 one, but will look for a review before I get it first. Nice video man always making bangers, your editing is well seen when you put does 8-10 hours man. Not many content creators for this community do this type of editing man. 🎉
Here's the issue with this vehicle. BRANDING! Once companies start putting their individual logos and applying their other arbitrary costs, the retail price will skyrocket. Plastic, R/C, and "relatively" in scale for less than $100. Absent the R/C, MacFarlane and others have proven that it's possible. It's just not financially feasible for a company and its shareholders.
Yea we can blame the shareholders or whether it's a public or private or company all day. It all comes to the same conclusion though it sucks it's bad and almost no positives. Collectors turn away from it company makes no profit then acts like people don't want it no we do just not with all the inflated b.s. price.
so it seems that R.C cars/vehicles are the way to go for 1/12 scale just bought a R.C. my self alot of gutting but its the make and module im lookin for you are the man
That’s a good find. Looks nice and is to scale. I’m holding off on vehicles for a bit, running out of room and I’m planning on buying a few of Action Force’s Rezvanis when they come out.
Ya know, I actually look around at thrift stores for vehicles that I could customize for my figures. Just an idea for ya Ninja (or anyone reading this) Found a spiderman cycle that fits 6" figures that I'm gonna custom for a ghost rider I'll be working on. Cost me a whole $2.
I got the resaurus mach5, two Scooby mystery machines (one custom painted into a ratty old white dominos van) and the McFarlane classic batmobile. They are cool but kinda small so if you want all your 1/12 scale figs to fit in a vehicle, the safer bet is always 1:10 scale
A man haslab gi joe hiss tank is now fully funded on hasbro pulse and avaliable, limit 5 per customer. Not only that, the haslab jet is back up and available limit 5 per customer.... WOW!! I don't know what just happened.
i got 4 of these it is actually cheap here and you can get it without the rc function just the case and under carriage will cost you less than 20bucks plus shipping also comes in 8 colors got red black yellow and blue i might get one rc version though just for laughs yeah also they have a military truck version from this line as well waiting for their 1/12 abhrams look alike as well to be available 😁
YOOOOO!......took me a year and this one reluctant pattie smoke....your name bro....LMFAO... luv you dude , you keep me in my playful kid stage ... my ninja
Absolutely beautiful, AN, you are truly brilliant! I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on the Ramen Toys project, if you haven't already spoken on it. Keep up the great work!
I was eyeing buying this thing last year as it does look pretty but I don't think I have the space currently for these sort of center pieces anymore. Great mod work
I once took a bunch of acid and played cruisin exotica for hour hours before a nice nature walk through suburbia!!! Lmao also enjoyed system of a down the whole time playing the game!!!🤷♂️Fun time. Anyway badass vehicle option!!!👍Thanks for the heads up!!!😊😊😊🤙🤙
Yo, it looks a little cartoony but I picked up a Masters of the Universe Retro Talon Fighter from Ross. It fits two G.I. Joe Classified figures naturally. Now I just have to learn how to paint toy vehicles.
I see you hit 15k and that on your 3PoA podcast Bobby Vala said he would auction off his warehouse items to your followers (1 of anyway). Did you do a detail video on this yet? Is it really happening? Also, huge shout out to your content and vehicle work - much appreciated. I use it for my son and I, and we have at least 1 vehicle almost completed from your vehicle videos. Love your work!! Hope to see you at “Valacon/Joe Fest!”
Didn't happen yet I will most likely address soon around valacon but thanks man I appreciate that. Sounds cool you spend time with your son doing things like this or just collecting in general.I Hope you guys have 100 more years of enjoying figures and vehicles together 🙏🏽
Have you ever found a decent six inch sized chopper bike? Only bike I've ever snagged was McFarlane's The Batman bike. It's a tad big but "good enough". Do you know if there's anything better?
Hey Ninja - Just wanted to give you a heads up. I got the $170 truck and I have some bad news. It doesn’t seat 1:12 scale figures lol. It’s too small. Also, it does require some assembly.
I gotta try but even this one doesn't fit 1/12 I had to cut the seats out I'm assuming the same has to be done for that one as well but thank you for the heads up.
@@ArticulatedNinja ohhh ok I must have missed that in the video. Yea idk Id just feel weird about cutting up a $170 car. I’m actually going to return it. As soon as I put it together I was like “damn, I should’ve got the $70 one” lol. Idk what it is, I just really liked the simplicity of the one in your video. Btw, where’d you get that mini gun that you attached to the top?
