I ate there last January, was the best Mahi I've had. The service was outstanding, it did help to have $40 in resort credit though 😀

I tried octopus for the first time in Vegas too (Catch inside Aria) and I was surprised it was actually really good. I didn't think I was going to like it initially. I'm not a fan of Lakeside's carrot cake. It was too sweet. The pineapple cake looks delish!

I expected those crab legs to be pricy. There is still a shortage because of the alaska crab fishery was shut down for a couple years.

Hey Matthew, I feel extremely poor watching this video. Can't speak for you other viewers, but no way in the world I could ever afford that place. Remember when you use to have those discounts like at the donut shop if you mention your name you get a percentage off? Could you hook me up with this place where I tell them "Say Hi to Matthew" sent me and I get a comped lobster dinner??? Meanwhile if you need me I will be at Cousin Eddie's best BUCK FORTY NINE BUFFET over by the saltines. The bread pudding is extra runny tonight 🤣🤣🤣

So it's not really a $700 dinner. If you add in sales tax and a nice gratuity you're over $900. Sorry, but that's an absurd amount of money to spend on one meal. You could feed a family of four for an entire month for the cost of this single meal for two people. This is everything that's wrong with Vegas and is representative of corporate greed at its finest.

Heirloom Melon & Tomatoes $25 - This is really over priced, presentation is great, but come on Octopus Al Pastor $33 - This looks great, as long as it's cooked well and tender (which they confirmed), much better than the Melon/Tomato app Seafood Tower $140 - mostly unpictured, but in general, these are very overpriced. Best case scenario, it's not over cooked and bland, with butter. A good portion of the time, over cooked Hawaiian Ono $56 - from what we saw, it looked amazing, and Greta's face was very satisfied and smiley King Crab $MP ($140 ugh, not worth it) - as long as you don't mess it up, it's great Pompsie's Lobster Tail - probably $MP (2.75lbs @$55/lb = $151.25 OUCH - looked amazing, but seriously not worth it Filet Mignon $77 - ugh, kills me when they said they ordered it medium, because I initially said "looks over, into medium territory". Well, in that case, they cooked it perfect Lobster Truffle Mac $36 - yikes, hard to get past the price, but if there's a good amount of lobster, and good gooey cheese, can be great. Truffle, however, is usually way overpowering. Greta is correct - truffle is very polarizing. I'm on the side of unnecessary, way overpowering, and not worth it Pineapple Upside-down Cake $36 - Another "can't get past the price" for me, though if you get that whole damn cake, first of all it would really feed 8 I don't care how many slices they make, and second, who saves THAT much room for dessert wow, but probably good the next day for breakfast Carrot Cake $15 - this looked very cute and nicely done, but way overshadowed to the PUDC What was the $140 Petite Plateau? lol $9.75 Lg Fiji each Honestly, for 2: if you got both apps, her Ono and his filet mignon, the side of mac, and both desserts, that comes to $278 (+tax/tip) and probably 3/4 of a pineapple upside-down cake to take home. That isn't bad with that view and shows.
