Checked out the deck list, just want to mention that flayer of the hatebound doesn’t work with chainers reanimate, chainer doesn’t put it into the field immediately, the card goes from the graveyard onto the stack and then onto the field, the other reanimate abilities work with flayer but not chainers reanimate which is really annoying
Yep! While I didn’t mention it in the video, I did discover this while testing the list. However, because the card interacts so favorably with one of our primary tools (the Necromancers), I came to the conclusion it was worth including despite the fact that Flayer requires a non-zero amount of set up as said synergy was way more consistent in practice than it looked on paper, and even the worst case scenario of a six mana removal spell often felt satisfactory. That said, thanks for watching, and happy brewing! -the KidintheOffice
Jaxis could be a great value engine here. Gives you another way to turn dead cards into extra etbs and card draw Radiant Performer as a suped up Dulcaster Mage could be interesting too
Greetings! I composed this list prior to New Capenna’s release, but I couldn’t agree more with your assessment of Jaxis and this was the first deck I thought of when I saw them in spoiler season! Unfortunately Radiant Performer does specify that it needs to be cast from hand, so it doesn’t synergize with Chainer, though :( That said, thanks so much for watching and happy brewing! -the KidintheOffice
Pretty good list. I would recommend replacing Prosper since he is a bit of a nonbo with a reanimator deck. If you need more mana rocks that give you etb triggers you can replace it with Cursed Mirror. If not that's no good, there are great creatures like Archfiend of Ifnir to put -1/-1 counters on opponents creatures when you discard or Muck Drubb a madness creature that you can flash in to take targeted effects (both good and bad).
I have a chainer but even tho is fun. Always stay behind, dont feel much power. I have won but i dont know, dont feel it. Lets see ur version maybe ill fix something.
