For the record, the internal frame on that camper shell isn't actually doing anything. According to ARE, the frame only functions correctly if you use their roof rack. Seeing as this build has a Prinsu, that internal frame is not doing anything. So don't be fooled by the video or ARE.
Hahaha yeah guilty, We plan to make the swap but we've actually been a little shocked, this thing rides pretty awesome how its set up, even on the trails so we've just been eating it up while we can.
Not surprised everyone thinks you have to run out and get suspension; I run 33s on a stock trail no problems. Waiting until I am ready for what I want on it.
Love the setup. Very similar to the way I’m building my 21. I was curious on the frame work you talked about for the inside of the topper. Would it be possible to do a more in-depth video on what you did inside? Or pictures? I was thinking about RAI OR ALU-cab for a topper, but I want a topper that matches the design of the truck. Not something that looks like a box added. Thank you and keep building her up. There’s so much more you can add to it
No real sagging so far anyway, Its stayed up pretty good. We've all been pretty shocked at how smooth the ride is in it with just the leveling kit, not what we expected anyway.
Surprisingly smooth, We have a few rigs here with aftermarket suspensions and it's always shocked us how good this one rides with the Leveling kit. It's pretty soft actually considering.
That light bar is something I want, as well as those ditch lights, even if the only thing I get is that light bar.... although me personally, I would go for a combination build between the main Flagship truck and this one
