$8,381 - What Sold on Ebay and Poshmark Last Week 

I’m a buyer not a seller. I thought I’d share what I look for when I buy. 1. That the item has been washed and steamed. If the listing shows a wrinkled up mess I pass by. 2. I search by size and buy first on style, second on a well made brand, last on a good deal. 3I keep a list of seller s who packed my item well. Getting the item just thrown in a box means no repeat sale from me. I keep a list of these sellers as well. 4. I check similar items to make sure I’m not over paying. 5. Certain expensive items I will watch for a while and if not sold I’ll submit what I consider a fair offer. I don’t mind people countering the offer. 6. I do take into account the time sellers spend sourcing, cleaning,photographing, listing, packaging and mailing. 7. I don’t mind items from the bins and don’t lower my offer based on sellers getting it cheap because you all spend hours digging. 8. If resellers say they donate things that don’t sell to women’s shelters I put them on my favorite sellers list. I’m all about keeping things out of the landfill. 10. I love the thank you stickers and little gifts. I put the little gifts in my schools store. I hope this gives you a buyers perspective. Don't really agree with the Lilly Pulitzer white tag being more sought after. It honestly has to be a specific piece, otherwise it is always better to pick up the current hot pink tag.
