Hey man, have you ever checked out millennium building in D4? They are pretty nice units and are reasonably priced and it’s very close to D1. If you want to be right in D1, check out Ben Thanh towers. That is a little bit older, but many of the units have been renovated and are really nice. You can get a one bedroom high floor unit there for around $700 and a two bedroom for around $900. If you believe in location location location, Ben Thanh towers is a great spot. If you want to spend $1300 or $1400 they have 2 really cool duplex penthouse units. One is 1 bedroom one is 2 bedroom.

Compare the modern apartments to US apartments that are very traditional in design with old fashioned raised panel doors, oak cabinets and gross carpet.

Also they have some super cool units in the café building on walking Street, you walk by it all the time when you vlog. I think your girl works somewhere near there because you always say she works near there. She would love the location I bet. Not sure what they have there for long-term rent, there’s a couple of really cool two bedroom units there on Airbnb, that I’m sure could be rented long-term. They have a huge balcony overlooking walking street, pretty sick view, and Delot pizzas at your doorstep😂

The place that you live now is so much nicer and you would be only saving a little money !! Stay where you're at unless you find a screaming deal on something as nice.

I know you said you’ve been looking at places in some of the more posh parts of Ho-Chi-Minh but there’s gotta be a reason in the price surges . Kaohsiung city (not taking a jab at Vietnam) is way more developed compared to Vietnam. 800 a month here like I said you’ll have your own castle. The only expensive part of Taiwan is Taipei ( the capital city) I live in the biggest city in terms of County size and third most populated part .. living in the most posh part or are the city is a must for you ? Or are you like turning into cheap Charlie style videos where you just go show off a bunch of apartments and share the price etc etc. ? I think another thing is Taiwan doesn’t allow landowners to jack up prices to unreasonable heights . Hell you can get a small studio for 150 usd month with WiFi and AC here brand new . But like I said it’ll be small
