The two most usable items besides the ammo can itself, or the brown wrapping paper in the Excelsior and the bottom. They make great fire starters.

For the monkey knot you can unravel it and use the cord for many things as well as the metal piece for weights when fishing. Or if its sharp, to cut with. Also, your flashlight was left on s.o.s mode.

The 550 cord monkey fist you can put ur keys on it and you leave the the ball part hanging out of ur pocket. That way when you need ur keys you just pull them right out of your pocket. Cause the ball part hangs out of the top of you pocket
