No dryer is fairly common in most Asian household. I personally prefer natural drying of laundry as I love the smell of freshly "sun dried" clothing. The complex and your apartment is definitely very nice, so much green in a city! I live in one of the most densely populated concrete city so when I see all the green you have I'm kinda of jealous. :)

Very nice apartment near the mountain and price is perfect!, In Alberta, Canmore apartments near the mountains would be $1000 more for 2 bedroom (sleeping rooms). I love the surrounding areas of your place, very peaceful and full of trees. Leaving near the mountains is a bonus and that's probably why your apartment cost more than usual. Almaty is a beautiful city! Good choice! Thank you for sharing Salta!

While my civil engineer turkish friend Akin Ozguc had been working at Tengiz Petrol Facility in Atrau, he had visited Bangkok, Koh Samui, Pattaya, Phuket 10 times , many months and visited lots of thai girls. While in Kazakhstan he had intermingled with 20 kazakh women and love them all. He is married to civil engineer kazakh woman with 2 daughters. He has been working in Kazakhstan 23 years, in Tblisi Georgia 5 years.

In July, 2023, even with rental prices having increased significantly in Australia, US$900/ month is very, very expensive. How many locals doing middle to lower paid jobs could afford that ? Not many I would have thought. How do people living in that area travel to the city for main office work? I have been told by several people who live in this city that public transport is very, very overcrowded in the morning and afternoon peak hour travel periods.

How much does gas and electricity cost, for say, a family of 4 per month?

Hi ! When you say rent of 350,000 tg is this per year or per month? In the cooking area, behind the table is a door (here in the picture, access to it is blocked by the table). Where does that door lead? If you wanted to buy this apartment, how much would it cost ? When it comes to an employee, what would be the value of a good salary in Kazakhstan, one that would allow you a decent or more than decent living?

It's so expensive why not for ,300$ for a month with all modern facilities . Don't misguides the foregin tourist visiting Almaty. I know there is a hidden commission which you receiving from apartment owner.
