The Buffet is roughly $100 per person. I just called and made reservations for my mother and I they are booking reservations out. My reservation is July 28, 2024. That’s how far out they are…no joke!!
While it seems like a lot of money, I don't think it is out of bounds as my groceries have doubled. It is also very difficult in small town, inland America to get the quality seafood and meat. Our trouble is that our appetite shrinks as we age. Thank you for your awesome videos!

I miss Studio B Buffet. They started really strong, quality was amazing then later it went down a couple notches unfortunately. I need to try the buffet brunch. thanks for sharing
Mmmmmmmmmmmm!!!! There is nothing better then to enjoy the food you are eating especially when you don't have to cook it!!!! You are making me sooooooo hungrey for prime rib and the desserts!!!! What were your greens?????

I got the chance to stay at the M about 12 years ago and it was fantastic !!/:) It was around Christmas time and the Christmas Eve Buffet was par-none ! But if you get the chance to stay at the hotel, the scenery from the rooms was just beautiful. Like I said it was more than a decade ago, and I am sure it has all changed, but it was off the strip and you could look out the large windows and see the city lights. Beautiful !
Hopefully I can get to the Sunday steak and lobster buffet. I haven’t been to Vegas in almost 6 years due to family health issues. It will probably be a while longer. My family really enjoyed the Studio B Buffet and I’m sad it’s gone. We’re not big drinkers but we really liked the hard cider.

I just remember going to Vegas for the 1st time in 2009 after watching Top Chef Vegas that Season which was filmed at the M Resort and I was like where the heck is the M Resort? I would time my flight to arrive around 9am and have enough time to drive over to M Resort to pay $9 for the StudioB Buffet before 10:30am and stay for Lunch. One Time, I got there at 10:35 and just missed it and had to pay $15 and was so bummed....lol. I even remember old geezers complaining about how expensive the Buffets were back then...lol....cause they were used to the $.99 Buffets. I miss prepandemic Vegas so much.

I totally agree! If you just eat the lobster tail, king crab legs, beef wellington, and prime rib alone, you've got your money's worth right there. A sit down restaurant would charge you an arm and a leg to eat all that.

But that is NOT a buffet specific space like the old Studio B or like the one at the Wynn. It's a steakhouse that only has buffets on Sunday. And the space is nowhere as large as those other true buffet eateries. Ive eaten at many buffet specific places and never had to make a reservation. The isnt an M Resort Buffet. It's the Sunday buffet at a Steakhouse at the M Resort. Ger rid of the lobster, beef wellington, and crab legs, keep everything else and cut the price to $60. That would be worth it. Though the reservation requirement sucks.
It is good to see that someone has picked up the slack from the absence of the Sterling Brunch. Maybe , this is the future of the buffets?? Looks great!!!
Hey Derek and Catherine! By chance do you know how long they continue to replenish the buffet after 1:30? I have a 1:15 reservation but I’m curious whether or not it’s worth going that late
I’m headed to Vegas soon and want to try that casino! But when I went to make reservations, they were absolutely booked solid for over a year. Can you just walk in? If so how long is the wait?
