I don't see enough people talking about the sheer amount of work Sasuke did to not only protect Boruto (and Kawaki) but the fact that, literally on the verge of death), and having just sustained a significant injury... This man was still running the fade with an Otsutsuki- and pushing them back enough to be considered a genuine threat... As a literal cripple.

I love how you caught 2:19 as well. I’m glad I wasn’t the only one. I’ve seen this fight in the anime so many times that I knew immediately that the blood dripping in 2:19 was out of order chronologically but he did it for poetic effect, and this was even better than the original anime cut.

Visual presentation of powerscaling in boruto is so shit. These characters are way stronger than six paths madara and kaguya but the way fights are made and how small they are in scale doesnt do justice to their powerlevel and of course the lack of use of their established powers also makes that worse. Especially in sasuke's case.

@Efecan YSL it took naruto, sasuke, sakara, kakashi, and obito just to SEAL kaguya (with the six paths intervention as well) isshiki is stronger than kaguya and at full potential has planet destroying power, legit a dbz character. Also it's intentional that they tuned down all of the wacky genjutsu ninjutsu and kekkai genkai that plagued shippuden to help develop the new cast of characters. Plus the focus on taijutsu gave us this amazing fight.
