@@bxrgundy I always come back to see if they went back to the way they were before. Now all new albums are generic and not striking anymore. When $crim got that girly voice everything went downhill. "I Want to Die in New Orleans" an incredible album with its own personality, striking and unforgettable. From 2020 they wanted to be different and now they've been entertaining their new audience for 3 years, which is you. Who really was a fan doesn't like these h0rrible songs.
@@foreign69 to each their own bro. their new music smacks just as good as their old music. i’m happy the boys changed their lives around and are doing better in life. i loved their music back in 2016 and i love their music to this day. it’s js preference i guess
Same bro like I've never gone through something horrible in my life that would possibly make me relate to their music but something bout it touches a part of me that I didn't know I needed until I started listening to them.
Dude, the way Shakewell meshes with their sound so well is insane. Scrim, of course, destroyed the beat as well. Thanks, guys, and the G59 family for all of it.
They never cease to amaze me. This song already feels like a classic. The feeling, the sample, the production. All of it. It’s beautiful. I’m grateful we still have the boy$. The music they create is something I have yet to see from anyone else and I really think they’re paving the way for aspiring musicians. G59 until the furnace. 🖤
I feel like their style of production really capitalizes on that old school nostalgia, like most hip hop I guess but $B do it on another level. Really lends itself well to feeling familiar and new at the same time
ive never have ever in my life, been so addicted to an artist's music... ruby and scrim never disappoint me and the very few selected featured artists are all fire in their own respective lanes. their music is better than crack.
@@SoulMarauder59 People used to say the same thing about Alice in Chains, but suffering isn't directly related to music taste. Maybe originality is... idk for sure
Waited 7+ years to see them in the flesh, safe to say Grey Day Manchester was a fuckin ethereal experience. Big up the boy$ Germ, Chetta, Ski, and Scheme. The X and juice tributes were nice, had the whole crowd paying their respects in their own way. You guys truly killed it. Thanks for sticking around 👌🩶
Another banger on repeat til all the lyrics are memorized…. swear every track new comes and it’s a wave of emotions going through the body again…. G59 family, I love y’all! Hope all is well, been clean since oct 13 2021, hope others will join this journey! Grey five nine til I die!!!!
Good shit man proud of you. That shit isn't easy. I was clean for like four years, relapsed last April-ish, went on a vicious run and am just finally starting to get my shit back together. Keep going man it really does just get worse each time you pick the shit back up.
Been clean since October 20 2019, it's been a hard journey but $uicideboy$ has been there the whole way and I couldn't appreciate them more than I do now.
It never ceases to amaze me how these guys can produce such incredible beats and lyrics that flow and transition so seamlessly, yet still continue to be so relatable and emotional. After all these years they're still leveling up.
Que sean las 6 de la mañana aquí en España, no poder dormir por culpa del insomnio, y que $uicideBoy$ saque canción es lo mejor de este puto mundo, orgulloso de haberos comenzado a escuchar cuando era pequeño
$uicideboy$ and Shakewell have such complimentary flows deliveries. They are both great in their own ways too but hearing them work together is always a treat. I think the fanbases are generally really similar too which is nice to see likeminded people collide every time they collab. I know if I put in the work, I can get as big as them but for now, I’m just happy being a supporter. Truly unmatched energy🔥
Well said. Keep doing what you want to be doing. You are the life you live. All the stuff you wanted to do but never got around to.. Well, it don't matter if it ends tomorrow. All that's left will be everything you actually did do, the person you actually were, etc.
Bruh, this $ong bumps hard af! We need another full length album immediately. My oldest kid turned me onto $uicideboy$ and I'm grateful that she did. I'm an old school "BassHead" and this is exactly what I needed!
You've failed as a parent if your kids listen to $uicideboy$. I'm 22 and I'd be worried if my kids listened to them. They're hurting. Maybe they're trying to send you a message
@@LILREMAlNS not everyone that listens to $b is hurting bro the music is unique you cant find this anywhere else i think its cool asf that these parents like $b
@@polarfn907 ong bro im the happiest ive ever been and I listen to $b. Found them when trying to find gym music and now im here. Been listening to them for months now, pmo to some songs by them ill be glad lmaoo
I don't understand how these guys keep producing amazing tracks, even with various different artists 🤯 If they drop a tape with every label member of G59, I'm all for it! 💯
@@elijahchoat6333 well G59 is the label, and while true they've done lots of projects with their label-mates, I'm talking thru their entire career. Working with the homies Pouya, Chris Travis, Denzel Curry, TrippyThaKid, and Travis Barker (thats just the peeps off the top), who are all either independently signed or with different labels. Sorry to be that pointdexter fucker, just the facts baby 💯 💀Grey 59 til I die💀
the boys are blowing up but they still underrated, they are some of the most consistent rappers in the game. lyrics and especially the production is always a 10/10
That's what's up. I use to abuse pills real bad. And then I quit on my own. I hate withdrawing for 2 weeks. Feelings so sick. Now I just feel normal and healthy
I don’t know why but this music video and song just open something in my brain, I can’t describe it but the course, instrumental, and the fact that all three of then have such beautiful voices and are able to just flow like a water fall, and the visuals are just beautiful, really eerie and weird but such beautiful shots
👌G59 swear they keep getting better and better with each song you can see the progression absolutely love the song one of scrims best versus and his flow it was crazy 🔥🔥 can’t wait for the full album
Wanted to send a sincere thank you for making another collab with the dragon 🐉 himself Shakewell. Love the work you guys have been putting out and always have since 2015 🖤.
I was a addict for a while on some pretty rough shit and ur music was my go to!! I been 1year sober and i still love ur music regardless sober or fucked up love ur music
Bro it just doesn't fail. Each track dropped I've heard is just absolute madness! 20 years from now, if we all alive and well, will be explaining to the fresh bloods, we were young when they dropped their tracks.
True but it was more around 28 seconds than 23 seconds which is why you got a confused reply until you specified the “germ slide” was somebody saying “yeah”
@@KunaiMelee I put it at 0:23 just to give enough time so people could hear it! :) Glad I was not the only one to hear it, people think it's shakewell but it's not lol
I really love how Shakes verse is about battling evil and good withing yourself. 🖤🖤🖤 That's a battle I deal with daily & he put it all in the most perfect words ever 🔥🔥
Been a fan of the Boy$ since ‘14 when I stumbled across “Ocean $ide $uicide” and seeing their growth over what’s essentially a decade is so dope. One thing that’s really noticeable on this, is the amount of triumph you can hear in Scrim’s flow and voice, and I’m here for it. This is fire.
Ocean side suicide is one of my favorites and also one of the first songs I heard from them. The first 2 songs that got me hooked were Lettuce and Where’s your god. They really are so talented in what they do and I feel like I’ve grown with them over all these years. I was on drugs of all kinds over the last 10 years but in 2020, I got my shit together and I think I have the album “stop staring at the shadows” and $crims album, “A man rose from the dead”, to thank for helping me get clean and get through the worse part of getting over an addiction. I 100% agree with you! Honestly, I don’t even know them personally and I feel so proud of them. Lol.
@@haley666G59 Congrats on getting clean!! Scrim's album is great! Looking forward to Ruby's solo album as well. These guys constantly pump out great music! And I agree, I definitely feel proud of the growth and overcoming the struggles they had as well.
