Not only this any quirk drawback is completely removed and now he can summon as many black whip apendeges as has his body can take before it tears itself apart, which is unlimited, he can now run 10X faster than the speed of sound, lift entire mountains effortlessly. The electricity around his body has enough voltage to cause a blackout in a small country.
