People have too much expectation of what they think they will get back - if you do a full pack you know you will get half your money back a bit less or a bit more. Camelot make the majority of the wins £20 and under the last few years and anything over £100 is so rare because the odds are shit.

Cards have been awful lately. I purchased £100 of £5 cards. 4 of each. Didn’t win on any of them, not even £5. I used to enjoy the cards, but constant losses aren’t enjoyable.

I can understand you ending it I have spent thousands of pounds over the years lost everything and my only big win I ever got was a hundred pound a couple times nothing Fabulous it's not worth it losing all that money now I buy £10 worth an odd time as it could just take that one card but for me it hasn't plus the cards are not paying out now and it's not enjoyable for me anymore

I think there’s a valuable lesson here, only winners will ever only be the scratch card companies I’ve been watching your videos for couple of years now and honestly, I’m amazed you lasted as long as you have done. I feel sorry for you but it’s the notion of “what can be won” is addictive and people lose huge amounts for the possibility of that “one big win” All the best for the future and it’s been fun watcjjjg you chap 👍.

Fully get you're decision. The cards have been pretty rubbish for a few years now. A £40 win on £2 cards are almost impossible to find, where as they used to pop up almost regularly. Many thanks for the years of videos, goodbye to you and good riddance to Camelot!

When I was scratching on camera, the cards paid out frequently. But yes, these days, it's just not worth it - cards are terrible. Good video Mr. Payne. All the best everybod.

The reason all the wins are drying up is because more money is being pumped into good causes I’ve stopped buying them there crap

I'm sad to see you go but I think you've probably made a wise choice. The cards have been slowly paying less and there is no originality left in them. How many different versions of the grid games and match numbers has there been over the years. I barely watch scratch content anymore. Even watching has become tiresome due to the predictable half money back results that happen the majority of the time. I wish you all the best and hopefully you can turn the channel into something you enjoy again further down the line
