Nick - I don't much care for sailboats - as a motor mechanic they represent redundancy for my profession. However, I'd watch you showing me around a rowboat - that's how good YOU are at presenting. I feel as though you've made each video just for and with me. You talk to, explain and invite me and only me on your tours. It's a real talent and I don't want it analyzed as that might throw you off your game - just keep at it, sir. BTW, many of the times you'll pop into a mirror shot, I expect to see me there with you - no lie. Thank you so much for all you're doing and sharing with me - er, US...

Sailing boats are nice too once you learn it properly. Haven't been sailing in a while luckily and I think if I ever bought a boat it would have to be a motor yacht. Stabilizers and not having to actually pull up your sails is just much nicer.

I noticed the sail drive but no mention of what powers it. Probably a little four cylinder diesel with a smallish fuel tank. Love the interior but a little too small and slow for me to cross the Atlantic on. Would love a tour of a 50+ foot performance cruising catamaran with your attention to detail. Thank you again Nick for a marvelous tour, well done.

surprisingly good lighting for a sailboat.

I can understand twin helms on a racing boat, but not on a cruiser - just takes up space and adds complexity.

Thank you very much for showing us the classic nautical alternatives. Especially in times when Australia is glowing at night like fluid steel and yeah, next day - Jan.09 we will have here in GER +12C° in "JANUARY" WTF! I would reduce the amount of cushions and use the Space also as a little Bed-Cabin?! I mean the room under Cockpit on starboard side.

I'm not a big sailboat fan but this is nice, and look how much more you get for your money compared to the Florida boat two videos ago.

I'm not a sailer, but I might have to go through the torture and pain of becoming one after watching these videos. You get a lot more boat for your buck, when it comes to sailboats over motor yachts.

that was unexpected. very nice. boats like this are great to go on like a local outing over the weekend or a week or longer . so for us leave Australia/Queensland/redcliffe travel to moreton island down to the stradbroke islands go around those stopping there obviously. then on to byron bay (absolute beauty of a place!! ibb.co/fSrmHNy

Must be a British thing, but I always find it strange how you pluralize head to heads. Especially when you say, "there's only one heads in this boat". We just call it 'the head' in the US. But nice review and change of pace!

What kind of economic collapse do we have to see for used sailboat prices to crater?

Bavaria is a bit of a Hyundai... they try hard to look up-scale, but they are CHEAP cheap cheap. Love how the boat squeaks and groans as you walk around. She's no Hylas, that's for sure. But then again, value for the money is good and in a budget cruiser, one should expect a good amount of squeaks.
