The problem for me is that the 10 card rule is totally unenforceable. Firstly they need to be extremely clear on what the restrictions are. If its 10 cards per visit per shop then when can i make my next visit to the same shop? Is it an hour, a day, a week? Then we have the issue of how they're going to know when youre next allowed to buy any more cards in said shop. Will they take your photo and record your details? Its absolutely ludicrous and can't ever possibly work.

The woman serving me in Sainsbury's told me there will be a cap of 10. I don't know what difference that will make I'll just go around all the shops in hull buying 10 🤣

That's what we got told by the lotto rep, but we haven't had anything come down from head office. Buy like I said you could buy 10 in the morning and come back later once colleagues have changed and buy 10 more. Because those colleagues wouldn't know you've already been in.

I went to co op at 7am today 1.2.2024. I was not allowed to get any cards or tickets as they could not sell any until after 8.30. Woman had no idea why

According to the information you can't buy no more than 10 cards in line, nothing smear stated about the amount you can buy in the shops

Here in the states we dont have companies running the scratch off tickets. The states run them and take the profits. A lot of people call them taxes on stupid people. Of course I play them.

I think there is still some confusion, as the new 10 card limit is only applied when buying them in an online transaction (as part of a supermarket shopping delivery etc.)

All the terminals are down today, no one can log on to the lottery. 🤣🤣 10 cards max outs all those full packers in jeopardy 😮

Such a daft and pointless rule. So you can buy 10 £5 cards for £50 but you can’t buy 11 £1 cards.

So ya hopefully Allwyn will see this as a silly rule and just lift it. Rip Camlot 😢
