@@lorddarlo6194i believe this was the Audi that was trying to flee the police in the UK and had out run their helicopter for a few minutes but I could be wrong. It’s the same colour and model of Audi
@@erichermann4681 That was an Audi RS5 mate, but you’re not far off. At the time the guy outran a police helicopter in the stolen RS5 which was only 1 of 2 in the UK. Only got caught cos he turned around and tried to ditch them going th other way if I recall correctly

I think this was the development mule for the V10 S/RS6's- and all of the mysterious white powder is what was left after they decided to produce V10 saloon cars.

Please, do a renovation series on this S6!! It so deserves it. What an engine!! They don’t make cars like this anymore either. So would be so nice to see it be put right.
@@MrKruska11 just been reading about it actually. Based on the 4.2 V8 rather than being "pinched" from Lamborghini. They shared bits but are apparently 2 different engines. So I guess there may be some differences like firing orders to account for the sound.
A flat 6 Subaru legacy 3.0r spec b man is such a good sounding car . In my opinion one of the best sounding 6 cylinders. Just type Subaru flat 6 supercharger sound. But that V10 is marvelous

Having purchased a 2007 S6 5.2 V10, myself, just shy of a year ago... I can tell you for a fact you're in for some high-high's and some LOW-lows when it comes to S6 ownership! 😆 Pray you guys don't need to swap the intake manifold!! 🤑
@@erroltaylor2550 must be a shame, living with that hearing disability, bless your heart you poor thing. Also I've never seen that generation of s80 for more than 6k(I'm in Texas). I'll give you that they're rare though. But they also came in the xc90, which sold damn well, so there's a potential fix for that.
Good shot fellas. But I am always astonished how you guys are always able to mis the really best sounding car. Get yourself a Passat 3BG 4.0 W8! Those things sound like a VR6 on steroids. I am pretty sure you can pick up a high milage one well under your budget. Cheers.
Where’s the vr5 engine?!? Literally one of the most unique exhaust notes ever invented. Completely designed and built from the ground up, with 5 cylinders sharing a single head in V formation. Alternating size and shape inlet and outlet ports to create a sound unheard from any other engine in the world.
another awesome video guys cant wait till to see what happens to the audi next. you should do a cheap car challenge next with engines with 1.2 or 1.0 let me know if thats a good idea
